"Today was our first time here and we will definitely be back! We happened to go today for a school fundraiser this particular restaurant is hosting and we were quite impressed. The staff was very patient with us as it was our first time there and we were taking a while to look at the menu. I'm a little picky when it comes to food, but I absolutely loved the brisket and cheddar sub ? My kids also loved their turkey subs and already made plans to come back again; not to forget they loved the cookies and the cute firefighter hats they got with their meal. Great restaurant, great staff, and also great that they are supporting a local school to raise funds for their students and staff!! Would definitely recommend!! ?"

"I love the subs at Firehouse and the staff at this location are always friendly and hardworking. Even when they are short-staffed, they always try their best to provide fast and friendly service. I appreciate their efforts and always enjoy my visits. It can get busy during lunchtime on weekdays, so be prepared for a wait. This location is one of my favorites in ABQ, second only to the one in Cottonwood. If you haven't tried their subs yet, ask the staff for recommendations based on your preferences. Firehouse also no longer offers large sodas, which may not be the healthiest option, but shows their commitment to creating value. "I stopped in here to get a quick bite for lunch and arrived early, before noon. They were not crowded so I was surprised that my sub took about 10 minutes to get me. I waited patiently because the people were so nice and they all greeted me behind the counter. My complaint is like, from an old Wendy?s commercial, where the old lady said, ?Where?s the beef!? There was no meat on my sub. Too bad because the taste was good but for the price, I expected more. Just look at the two pictures. One is of my sub with pebbles of beef. The other is a picture from the menu from which I ordered from. I won?t be back."

"Ordered for takeout. The food is excellent as always. Firehouse is one of my three favorite sandwich shops. The takeout part could do with some organization. Several customers around me were complaining, though my order was delivered in a timely manner. The complaints result from it being crowded and hard to predict. Some way of indicating who's up next would help keep people happy I suspect. On the positive side their new containers for takeout are nicer than the old Styrofoam and look like they are biodegradable. Kudos for that!"

"Love, love, LOVE this place!! She is a beautiful little lady who works there with Down syndrome, her name is Carlee and she is the SWEETEST baby girl in the world. I may be a little bias because she is my baby sister, but everyone loves her and she works there!! Sara, Kris and Kellie (the GM) are also the best! They have so many great people working there and their subs are SOO GOOD. I can't get enough of cheese steak!!! You have so many different options that other substations simply do not have. "I have never had the staff at the Giles?s location be so rude. The first time we tried to ordered we were put on hold for the entire trip over to the store and when I walked in the store I was still on hold. When I brought it to the Managers attentionshe said we are busy..but funny enough the girl said ?oh I forgot about you?. The second time the sandwiches were so soggy andwe were not given any pickles. And again today the girl was so rude while taking my order and did not even ask my name and whenI mentioned it..she rudely said ? I have caller ID? and then I advised her someone else was picking the order up?no total givenno time given she just hung up the phone! Sadly the Huntersville/Cornelius area only has one Firehouse."

"Honestly starting to think that the night crew just does what they can to limit themselves from making food. I've been there twice and been denied food twice. Both times were at least an hour away from closing time. First time, they said they couldn't toast any subs because they were cleaning the oven. Second time, they said the credit card machine was down. Both these things limit the amount of orders that they'll get. Both times the open sign was not illuminated. Could all be a coincidence but not likely."

"As a Jewish person following a kosher diet, I have restrictions that prevent me from eating pork, shellfish, or mixing dairy with meat, and I often have to ask a lot of questions to make sure my meal is suitable. However, the staff at this Firehouse location were incredibly patient and accommodating. They collaborated to explore various options for me, and I can’t express how grateful I am for their efforts! They ensured that, even though my sub needed some adjustments to be kosher-friendly, I still had a wide range of delicious choices. I ended up having a steak sub without cheese, and it was absolutely amazing! Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable, with special appreciation for Michaela and Hope! "So we went to Disney world in Florida and ended up eating at a firehouse subs and me and my family were hooked me on the Italian omg it 's so good!! I googled to find if there was one in the city we lived Stockton and it said there was one one west lane and hammer I was so happy well 2 weeks later we got back from vacation and sadly they were closed closed. I was so sad. Well the other day we were wanting a firehouse sub so bad we drove from Stockton all the way to fremont ca just to get a delicious sub. I ordered my food told the lady we drove all the way out there to get a sub and she said really why didnt you go to the Stockton location I said its closed she said no they reopened : ' ' ' I was happy and sad at the same time lol. Well on the way home I was eating my sandwich and accidentally dropped the other half on the floor board I was so sad that I was like well I 'll just go buy another one later in Stockton and that 's what I did. The staff was great and the food was great too ty."

"Had a small meal before starting my day at 2 in the morning, 10 hours go by and I still hadn't eaten anything to keep me going. by 1 pm, I felt my guts rip into pieces, trying to scrape up any caloric intake it could find. still quite a trip away from home, I made a rocky drive to the closest thing I can eat. stumbling through the front doors like a zombie, and nearly passed out while waiting in line. making the actual order itself was a quick process, and waiting was painless while wolfing down the pickle and squeezing the life out of my boxed milk. eating just enough to make it home, I open the sandwich box, and there's a second pickle wrap with the sub. it was an extremely kind gesture that while small, I will never forget. "Terrible customer support from two individuals in the afternoon shift, today 11 27 2021 at 2:50 PM I wanted to redeem my rewards from the mobile app and they had no idea what they were doing. They didn’t even try to help or attempt to figure out how to redeem them. I kindly asked them to phone call their supervisor to which they replied, “we can’t”, we can’t? At the end they were just staring at me doing absolutely nothing, just waiting for me to leave. I just gave up with these two and walked out disappointed. "If you are looking for a nice sub in the warmer side as opposed to a cold sub, this is the place. Very tasty! They do have some cold options, but the warm subs are the way to go here. "Had a desire for a sub, so I stopped. The bad thing I ordered a medium of Italians to eat on white without onion. I have a medium of Italian with onions to go white. The good thing was that I'm a big boy and I can take off the onions and even though I missed one, my day was not ruined. I'm not sure if I ever had been with this before I wasn't sure how I usually ate it, bring it to my table when I was eating, but they gave it to me to go so I don't know. I took it when they didn't listen to a word I said. I will say that if you eat a Firehouse Sub in instant, it is the best ever. Service was fast and friendly just missed the brand on exact. "Changed from 5 stars review to 2 stars, location went downhill. No point to go here anymore except specifically for the Pastrami. Giving it 2 stars just because it has Pastrami. If you want Roast Beef, Subway has Usda Choice Roast Beef and way better toppings(Spinach and such and they aren't stingy) If you want Corned Beef, Dibellas has Corned Beef and better buns... and even though it's not USDA choice..for some reason Dibellas tastes way better ! Just came in, meat portions are very low at this location, toppings are very stingy.(this is with me asking for extras) Pathetic as can be. No wonder they're empty slow. If this place didn't have Pastrami I'd avoid it entirely. Very stingy, still tastes good though if you dont mind to get ripped off(lol 2 pieces of pastrami and 2 pieces of corned beef on the 9 inch, what a joke). But the bottom bun is always mushy. Honest as can be review."
