"Terrible customer support from two individuals in the afternoon shift, today 11 27 2021 at 2:50 PM I wanted to redeem my rewards from the mobile app and they had no idea what they were doing. They didn’t even try to help or attempt to figure out how to redeem them. I kindly asked them to phone call their supervisor to which they replied, “we can’t”, we can’t? At the end they were just staring at me doing absolutely nothing, just waiting for me to leave. I just gave up with these two and walked out disappointed. Clearly lack of training and individuals with lack of spirit lazy ."

terrible service, appeared and wanted to order for 15 minutes without telling me a word with 3 youngs behind the theke sandwiches. no idea who the sandwiches were, because the load was filled with people who waited 20-30minutes for her to eat. they go to another place.

The food is great, but not worth the price. The bathroom needs some work with it. There is a variety of seating area for customers who are beautiful. If you get half the sand switch, you'll probably want to spend more than you want on a sand switch at the end. You better go to the subway. ll get more sand switches for about the same price. I was looking to satisfy my cravings for Philly cheesesteak sandwich and I haven’t had any luck. Decided to come to this place which I haven’t visited in ages and ordered the Firehouse Steak Cheese, added some mushrooms and voila, it wasn’t perfect but it was goood to satisfy these cravings. The singing associate was a plus. I enjoyed the visit.

If you get the half portion of the sandwitch, you?ll probably still end up spending more than youwould like to spend for a sandwitch.
