"Food was ok. Service was horrible, probably the worst I have ever experienced. They advertise a large vegan menu, however items that were ordered vegan would come out with cheese and staff would push saying it’s “this type of cheese” when it was actually dairy. Ordered a kids plain burger, they forgot to put it in, then after it finally came out, it was a mushroom burger then it went back and after 20 mins it was still wrong. There was no apologies, they did not try and make it right, they even charged us for the adult burger. It was hopeless, we did not even want to deal with the staff any longer. We just paid and left."
