The service at this restaurant is truly exceptional. It’s the finest upscale spot in Galesburg. If you haven't had the chance to experience it yet, you're definitely missing out!

We dined here for the first time tonight and had to wait about 15 minutes at the bar before being seated, which was fine since we didn’t have a reservation. What a wonderful hidden gem in Galesburg, Illinois. This is the place to be while in town. It is a beautiful restaurant and bar with fabulous food and drinks. We would fly back to Galesburg just so we could go to Craft. And, we went two nights in a row. If you want to be amazed, try it! Fantastic!

We always have a great time at Craft; food is consistently top-tier, as is the presentation. The bar is equally advanced and original. The only challenge we've ever encountered is a lengthy wait on a busy night. Nonetheless, they were very accommodating, and even brought us a complimentary bottle of wine. Brunch is on the same level...michelada fantastic.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever dined in. In a small town like Galesburg, you wouldn't expect to find such a high-quality establishment! I had the steak, and it was cooked to perfection. The decor, lighting, and bar area were all absolutely beautiful. Yes, it can be pricey, but if you can afford it, it's worth every single cent! My wife and I have always loved Craft Chef Bart is the best, the pastrami is literally to die for, and Gina is amazing and we brought the rest the of the family to share in on the best kept secret of the region and nobody was disappointed with their dinner, drinks, or the service. My wife and I got the 22oz Angus board for 2 and oh my, it was absolutely perfect. Not a surprise, but nonetheless it was all in all a perfect meal.

A Fantastic Galesburg spot sure to become legend. We can’t speak to the any menu item outside of the (1) Cocktails (2) steaks (3) appetizers hummus charcuterie (1) Cocktails Craft is already known for their cocktails and great bartenders. I’m not much of a cocktails, but when it comes to Craft, I allow the rumors to lead the way. They are the best in town. While not a cocktail, their beer selection is top notch and unique.
