"A Fantastic Galesburg spot sure to become legend. We can’t speak to the any menu item outside of the (1) Cocktails (2) steaks (3) appetizers hummus charcuterie (1) Cocktails Craft is already known for their cocktails and great bartenders. I’m not much of a cocktails, but when it comes to Craft, I allow the rumors to lead the way. They are the best in town. While not a cocktail, their beer selection is top notch and unique. (2) Steaks we’ve been to Craft three times, and every time we have had their rib eyes. Here’s the deal, I don’t do steak houses and I don’t normally purchase steaks from restaurants I can do them better myself. And when I’m paying more for an item I want to know that I am getting something at least as good as I can do it if not better (it’s why I quit eating brisket out); and Craft delivers (3) Baked hummus is a must so good, BUT, their charcuterie board, while beautiful is not worth the price. Don’t let the pictures fool you stay away from the charcuterie board"
