"Location is a bit hard to locate. Once there it is very nice. Decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful. Reservations were handled A+. 1. service was spotty. Hard pressed to meet average. We had to ask for bread, salt and pepper. The only thing good was the server who kept our water glasses filled. Food was delivered to our table by a food runner. Had to be auctioned off once it arrived, as he didn't have a clue who got what. NOT GOOD FOR A RESTAURANT CHARGING THESE KIND OF PRICES. 2. Food was just ok. Not terrible but not outstanding. Average to say the least. Pork rib-eye was a cut of pork loin grilled without the bone-in, with mashed potatoes. We had a special menu for graduation at a local university. (not the regular menu) 3. Prices were inflated for this special menu. Prices reflected something in Chicago or New York and not out in the country in Southern Illinois. Two lobster tails $75.00.....The owners have spent a ton of money building this place and it shows, as it is very very nice. The food, the service is just average at best. It would push it to meet the average stage. The prices are quite high for the service and food that you get for your dollar (s)......"

"Definitely make a dinner reservation for Bistro Napa. Early I suggest as the evening will unfold with greetings by all professionally trained staff from the moment you arrive, being seated and introduced to new and favorite menu selections. Sea Bass was expertly prepared, flavors you cannot wait to have another bite of and presentation was a picture in itself. I had something new, their Elk Chops and everything about my dinner was enjoyed completely. I shall return as I will introduced our friends for any occasion to dine here! My congratulations to all who made our evening so great and recognition must go out to Christian O 'Kuinghttons, Sommelier D ' Hotel."

"I had to wait 25 minutes to be seated (even though no one else arrived and they don't like starting hibachi until the table is somewhat full) and the food was extremely overpriced. The restroom had broken faucets, outdated decor, smaller portion sizes compared to other restaurants, and they were charging prices akin to fancy high-end establishments. On top of that, they added an extra 3% charge for using a credit card. I was not impressed. The bill for myself and one kids meal came to over $80 (not including tip and credit card fee)."

"Food is still tasty albeit significantly more expensive than it used to be for quite a bit less food. The Po boy came with 15 fries, and my $23 pound of shrimp came with absolutely no sides whatsoever. The fried chicken was oversalted, but good otherwise, and came with a lot more fries than the po boy. The fried catfish was the best of the four, in that it was exactly what you expected.If you have a hankering for Cajun food I would suggest going across the street, and if you want catfish or fried chicken, just head down to Fayetteville for the catfish hole.Service was also incredibly slow. We ordered our drinks, were given our drinks, then waited at least 10 minutes before we could place our order. Once our order was placed we expected the arrival of our fried pickle appetizer. It never arrived, but we were charged for it! We got one refill during the meal. Which makes me happy that I ordered water at least."

"Decided on this spot for Sunday brunch. The atmosphere was real cool and the waitress was pleasant. I was hungry so I really was hoping for some flavorful food and that’s what I received. I ordered the chicken and waffles, I don’t like chicken on a bone and prefer tenders. However, I forgot to ask the waitress if that was a substitution option so never the less I received wings and the sweet potato waffle. The wings had a nice flavor and crunch. The waffle was good as well. I ordered a side of cheese grits and they were the best grits I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely recommend trying this spot. I will return for dinner on a later date.Bottomless mimosa- I wanted to drink a mimosa but the mimosa option wasn’t favorable for me. Unlike other restaurants you have to purchase the bottomless mimosa per person for $25. The price wasn’t an issue but it’s not worth it to me when I can only drink 1 glass at max 2. I would rather buy a pitcher of mimosa for the table or purchase by the glass. There were only 2 ppl in my party. However you can’t share the bottomless mimosa, which makes sense, but offer another option either charge buy the glass or an option to buy a pitcher."

"Tonight my fiance and I decided to go to amenia steakhouse. When we walked in we were brought into the backroom for seating and then they realized the table needed to be cleared off so they sat us at the bar to wait, when we sat at the bar the female bartender was extremely rude to us when we told her we were just sat there to wait and would not be ordering drinks. The table was cleared off in less than 5 minutes but we had to stay at the bar for about 15-20 as our waiter walked past us several times, flirting with customers and ignoring us. When we were finally seated we were left to wait once again this time the wait was so long we debated on leaving. Before even ordering drinks the BUS BOY brought us over rolls and tried talking to us because he realized how long we had been waiting. The waiter came over after 35 minutes went by with no drinks and finally took our order all at once. Food was then rushed out of the kitchen and had little to no flavor to it, I didnt see seasoning on anything my pasta dish just tasted like noodles, milk, and raw onion and my fiance's steak had absolutely no seasoning and some of the pieces were not even able to be chewed. During the whole diner the bus boy continued to bring us drinks and get our waiter when needed which is not his job but he was the best part of the whole dinner for being the only person there that cares about the customers seemingly. Extremely disappointed in this experience and we will not be returning."

We can’t speak to the any menu item outside of the (1) Cocktails (2) steaks (3) appetizers hummus charcuterie (1) Cocktails Craft is already known for their cocktails and great bartenders. I’m not much of a cocktails, but when it comes to Craft, I allow the rumors to lead the way. They are the best in town. While not a cocktail, their beer selection is top notch and unique. (2) Steaks we’ve been to Craft three times, and every time we have had their rib eyes. Here’s the deal, I don’t do steak houses and I don’t normally purchase steaks from restaurants I can do them better myself. And when I’m paying more for an item I want to know that I am getting something at least as good as I can do it if not better (it’s why I quit eating brisket out); and Craft delivers (3) Baked hummus is a must so good, BUT, their charcuterie board, while beautiful is not worth the price. Don’t let the pictures fool you stay away from the charcuterie board"

I'm from the city, so I was used to better experiences, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was surprised to find that they had increased their parking prices. The attendant quoted me $60, $80, $100, but I negotiated to pay $40. I purchased my tickets online through Eventbrite, but when I arrived, the staff claimed they were fake. I needed the tickets to enter, and Eventbrite does not offer refunds. I had purchased my tickets through the official website, so I was extremely frustrated and disappointed. The whole experience was disorganized, chaotic, and the staff working there seemed untrustworthy."
