"The issue at this restaurant isn’t the food, but the staff. They are slow to take and deliver orders, and even though there are two drive-thru lanes, only one is used consistently. They won’t provide condiments unless you specifically request them, and even then, they might not get your order right after repeating it back to you. They also frequently run out of menu items. I really enjoy White Lock, but given this experience, I can only recommend it as a last resort!"

"This is a very good place to eat for me I love their sliders there so good only thing is it will mess you up sometime's and make you use the restroom. This is a classic place to me because they have been in service for many many of years. "if I could give them a zero, I would! first took the cash in the car thru my payment with the same gloves on them prepared the eating with. bring my card back and get them all greasy. if, of course, I told her something and she didn't say anything. at this point I have no plans to eat this food, but she did not look like she would give me a refund so that I have notified her to take her. I only checked the food to see, and the eggs looked like they had fallen on the floor or cooked on very bad grill. it was disgusting and I will never return to this place again! I still have my reception and photo when the restaurant wants to contact me. nasty!"

These are my absolute favorite fast food sandwiches of all time lol I highly recommend the SLOPPY JOE SLIDER W/CHEESE (American cheese with the MAC n CHEESE NIBBLERS <3 Theyre both sooooo yummy!!! I will probably order their sloppy joes at least 2-3 times a week since they dont have them very long. I think they normally serve them through January and thats it (hopefully theyll keep them on the menu permanently...that would be amazing! Oh, and dont forget a Grape Fanta to drink!: I hate grape flavored anything, but for some reason, Ive always loved their grape fanta. Its incredible. Anyway, get em while you can! "normally good except for the man who works in the morning never has my order ready. he always puts mobile application input to the side instead of doing it. then I miss the ones on my sandwich today, so I'll call there. the dame argued with me that the reciept would not say, if it said very clearly, 1 wurstei and cheese waffel slider, 1 add speck, 1 add cheese slices. She didn't apologize at all, didn't even say that bye was just hanging on the phone. my favorite part was, she said she was trying to replace that sandwich? deon is clear today, he is always respectful when they make a mistake. I command almost the same, 5 days the week. that are $45 a week I put in the load time, which is around 52 weeks and that is a great number. make them do better to ensure that customers are not treated as they 're scamming their business over their fault. I didn't even find it as big as mistakes, but her manager led directly to this bad review. It may be necessary to train sensitivity."

"I specifically walked here to get burgers to take back to Florida. When I received my order there wasn't the 6 regular burgers in there that I ordered seperatly. I asked the manager and he said he put it in the case with the 20 cheese burgers. I told him I purchased them along with the 20 cheese burgers in the case. He told me they were in there with the 20 cheese burgers. When I got home to Florida (of course they were not in there). I was so pissed! Other then that the place is definitely a hole in the wall and neighborhood is horrible (people begging inside and outside of the place). The place is also old and very run down. But the food was amazing and the staff was very nice and a happy staff (even the manager) as I know he was just overwhelmed because the place is busy. They worked as a team and the food came out very quick. The manager was on everyone to keep it moving."

"The location at 6791 E. Broad is definitely one of the slowest fast-food spots I’ve ever been to. After placing your order, you might as well go to Kroger, grab some frozen food, take it home, heat it up, and eat it, and you’d still probably arrive back at the restaurant half an hour before your order is ready. The food is decent—sometimes good, but it varies. However, the service is lacking. It's quite frustrating to see a wait time of 20-30 minutes in line, no matter the time of day, even if you’re the only customer."

"I was very disappointed. We don't have WC where I am living in Texas, I was so anxious to get a WC Double cheeseburger. We went through the drive-through and found a help of disappointment. The person at the window was sour and mean in her attitude. Very snarling and rude. Then the food, the burgers were dry, with not much taste. "The burgers were great. I got the 20 pack plus other things. What I didn 't like is I wanted the 60 pack. The employee saw it on my phone and pulled it up on her phone and the app plus asked another employee. Well, the computer wouldn 't let them key it in for the price shown, under $30. So they said it will only ring up $80+ although she said she see it advertised for that price. That was disappointing. Oh and no we don 't do overrides"

"I arrived at the restaurant half an hour before their listed closing time. A sign stated they were open until 2:00 AM, so when I rolled in at 12:30, I saw someone ahead of me placing an order and thought I'd be okay waiting. However, after 25 minutes with four more cars behind me, two staff members came outside and announced they were closing early! They instructed us not to move forward. If they had let me know they were closing ahead of time, I wouldn’t have waited so long. It felt as though they were deliberately withholding that information instead of communicating it clearly. It's essential for employees to stay engaged throughout their entire shift, or at least to inform customers promptly if they plan to close early. No one enjoys feeling ignored, especially after waiting. This kind of poor service is completely unacceptable."

"The food was not good at all. The French fries weren't cooked all the way the burgers were like eating cardboard. It took forever to get our food even though there was only one person ahead of us. The eating tables were dirty bathrooms needed attention. We always love getting White Csstle when we see one but this location fell short today of making us satisfied. "This is the nicest White Castle I’ve ever visited. In my previous experiences, White Castles aren't usually known for their cleanliness or speed, but they are the perfect place to grab a bite after a night out with friends. However, this specific location completely surpassed my expectations. It’s large, spacious, and remarkably clean. The staff here are exceptionally polite, quick, and efficient. I had by far the best experience here; we placed a large order that was served promptly, and the food was top-notch. Other White Castles could learn a lot from this place because they are truly doing it right!"

"If I could give no stars I would.. came up here on a trip, never had white castle, but my god I don't think I ever will again. Service; slow, food; cold, soggy, made without any meat (on 6 sandwiches), and also caused nausea due to what I assume is undercooked product. This white castle is a place I would say avoid at all costs even if it's right next to you. The bread on the sandwich was like it got dunked in a bucket of water and put in a microwave for 10 seconds.. and if that's what you consider toasted I'd shut my store down my god.. never go to this place, guaranteed disappointment. And whoever the owner that replies is, don't reply to this with the same old message that you've had saved for years, you need to seriously take a look at that place and rethink your business approach. You'll catch a lawsuit guaranteed."

"I tried the impossible sliders tonight and absolutely loved them. A great meat replacement with good flavor, and thicker than the traditional beef slider. I added tomato. I would have liked extra pickles! The people who work here are always really nice. It's worth the wait in the drive through. I like to support our local white castle because the people who own the franchises around here give back to the community. Also, I got the strawberry swirl cheesecake on a stick and wish I got fifty of them. They were oh so good!"
