"I work for a transportation service based in Defiance, Ohio, and while taking a client to Columbus, I stopped at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly nice, informative, and friendly. I encountered an issue with my debit card not working properly; I needed to set up my PIN because it was a new card and I wasn’t sure how to do it. Before I could sort it out, they handed me my order and told me not to worry about the payment – they just asked me to come back another time. That gesture was truly wonderful! I eventually fixed my card and returned to the restaurant. They were just as fantastic during my second visit. I've been raving about this place ever since. The manager was amazing, and the gentleman at the register was very friendly, helpful, and informative. I can't speak highly enough of them!"

"Unfortunately I would have to say poor food management and poor customer service. Had to wait to be served then repeat my order multiple times. I was patient and said it's fine take your time. Just get my food right it's for my family which has been on theroad most of the day. Nope food a mess and made wrong. Why is the whole grill covered in onions why are all these ladies runningaround like they don't know what they are doing. Why ? Sad all adult ladies and they still can't get it together."

"It 's love or hate with White Castle. I love it. Been enjoying since the early 1980 's. Some of my friends and even my wife can 't understand why, but I get the crave at least twice a year. I was sad to see one of my favorite locations closed, but hope all the others stay open. I have to fly into Chgo from the DC area to get my White Castle, but it 's worth it...to me. Cheers !"

"They didn't have any drink other then smoothies or unsweetened tea and smoothie was so think and sugary I couldn't drink it and ask for unsweetened tea and got anothe smoothie same flavor why? Also took abo 5 minutes for someone to take my order in drive through. Worker was nice but kind of lost with smoothie situation and I was very specific about how I didn't like smoothie and wanted unsweetened tea. There were not busy at all."

"Mmmm, White Castle!!! The only downside to this location is that the service can be quite slow. I get that staffing issues are common these days, but it's still a bit frustrating. Another thing I've noticed is that this seems to be the only location that doesn't cook their onions properly. They're always raw and barely cooked. They definitely need to be cooked longer. That said, you can't go wrong with those belly bombers!"

"While the food was good, as it usually is, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Every table was dirty, and we had to use a napkin just to wipe ours down. When I asked for extra napkins since we had already used the two provided for cleaning, I approached a staff member at the counter who seemed to be in a supervising role. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored. I waited a few minutes, but it appeared that the staff were more attentive to drive-thru customers than to those of us who had already paid. Eventually, I had to go to the restroom and grab some paper towels just to clean our hands. I’m not sure why I was overlooked, but I won’t be returning to this White Castle. When a paying customer makes a simple request like asking for napkins, it should be addressed promptly rather than ignored. If that was the manager I spoke to, she really needs to reconsider her approach."

"I recently visited a White Castle after a few years and was excited to try their Jalapeno slider. I called ahead to confirm they still had it, and was pleased to hear they did. The drive-thru service was fast and the staff were friendly. However, when I got home, I was disappointed to find that the sandwiches were not as good as they used to be. I couldn't see any jalapenos on them, and the meat patties lacked flavor. Additionally, I didn't receive marinara sauce for my mozzarella cheese sticks, which made them dry. I called the restaurant to express my concerns, and they were apologetic and offered to replace the items. Despite these disappointments, I did enjoy the strawberry shake and onion chips."

"First of all take down your serving breakfast all day sign because we have been by this location 3 different times and all 3 times they couldn't make breakfast...Secondly don't advertise chicken bacon ranch sliders and then make me put on my own ranch..And 3rd was going to order chicken rings and we was told they have no condiments for dipping other then ranch.. "It had been many years since I last enjoyed a White Castle slider, so I was excited when my girlfriend treated me to them for Valentine's Day. We ordered cheeseburgers, sliders, French fries, and chicken wings, all of which were delicious. However, there was a hiccup with our online order. After waiting for 10 minutes, my girlfriend checked in at the counter and found out they hadn't even started preparing our food. The tables were dirty and needed cleaning, and even napkins didn't help the situation. I would have preferred to take our food to go, but since it was quite cold outside, we decided to eat in, and honestly, I couldn't wait to leave. In the future, if I get a craving for White Castle again, I will definitely opt for takeout."

Sometimes service is a little off but its fast food and customers can be jerks so as long as the workers arent rude to me I have no issue. "I really enjoy coming to this restaurant. We always park our car and go inside to eat our meal. The doors are always open whenever we visit. I do wish they would clean the tables more often after each customer. I understand they are busy and can't always get out there right away, but it would be helpful. The last few times, I had to ask for a towel to wipe down my own table because they were so busy. However, the customer service is excellent and the food is tasty and fresh."

"Poor Service I went drive thur and told the cashier I have a White Castle code . She ask did I place a mobile/ food dash/ Grub hud order I said no it a app code. So she ask can I pull around so she can see it. When I got to first window a woman opened the window I show her the code and she said that a coupon code I yes a app code like I said it was the first time. Now that I’m not at the drive thur window looking at the board . I’m started giving her the order that I could think of when I gave her my money she walk away and never came back. I forgot to add fries to the order so after the car in front of me pulled off I knock on the window getting the cashier attention telling her to open the window. But she didn’t until she cash out my order. While she handed me my money I ask can I order a fries and she said her manager said no because I held up drive thur she handed me the bag and I pulled off just to get a half miles away just to realize my frozen cooler was never handed to me. Return just for the cashier to blame me for leaving my cooler. I told her every drive thur I have experience always give you drink after cashing you out . I shook my head walking out ."

"The White Castle in Eureka advertised that it was open 24 hours, as stated on a plastic sign at the drive-thru. We made the trip back, several miles out of our way, only to discover that they had actually closed at midnight. I'm not sure what's going on with these White Castles, but it was really disappointing, especially since I only get to enjoy White Castle rarely—maybe once a year, or even less often."

"late evening service is terrible, disgusting and long wait without line. I can clearly see how the type that took my order makes my eating visible directly on the counter, from the journey through the window. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was shocked. balls were placed on the non-cleaned countertop. cheese was beaten directly next to the rolls on the counter, which sat for about 5 minutes while nothing went on. a Burger-Patty was placed on the bungalow that was sitting for a few minutes before the cheese that was on the switch was placed on the burger. I ordered two, so one was done, and I'll see him again. gloves were on, but used to do everything, including register. I've thrown that food out on that one and I'll never leave. I hope it's not the same during the day, but no chances."

"Who in the H double hockey sticks came up with the new drive thru? I waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken, 5 more minutes in line and eventually drove off because there were 2 or 3 cars in front of me. I never drive out of line...i was so upset and HUNGRY! The new set up is confusing...you drive up to a row of orange construction cones which give a message of stay away from the building (it looks tacky) and there is this crazy sliding patio door. The poor girl that waits on you has to walk all the way outside to collect payment and bring you your food. This makes everything take so much longer and doesn't make sense! Just her smiling face out a window handing me my bag of food was good enough. Not to mention how unsafe this is...someone out in the open, alone and handling money next to a gas station, a wooded area, a freeway on ramp surrounded by empty parking lots. On top of this the person is out in the weather with no awning. Good job White Castles...NOT! Do you not give a darn about your employees health and safety? Go back to what has worked for how many years. I would like to see the person that came up with this working out there this winter...see pictures I posted."
