"Went by with my wife for breakfast. Food was good and our waitress I could tell was new. She tried to make everything right. But the atmosphere was like being in a bar. People in the 1st room was very loud. If we wanted to hear foul language when we were eating breakfast on a Sunday we would have went to a bar. They need to tighten it up. Been stopping here for years, I don't know if owners changed or what. But it's not the same anymore. Was disappointed in the management to let it turn out like this."

"If you're looking for affordable seafood, this is the place to go! The batter they use on their fried shrimp is delicious! A Corona beer is only $3.00, and it's served ice cold. "First time trying this place very disappointed I was really looking forward to actually enjoying the food however we ordered the molcajete and our food came out lukewarm we order a cocktail shrimp and that was at room temperature are waitress seem to be very busy helping in the back or doing something else but seem to be in a hurry only came to drop off the drinks take our order and we did not see her after that first and last time for us food was not what we thought it would be very plain opportunity shrimp cocktail if it would have been cold that would have been good it was pretty decent. It might have been that we didn't order some of their top plates which I have no idea what they are but what we did order was no bueno."

"I visited this restaurant with my sister around noon, and we were quickly met by a waitress who had a terrible attitude. She was consistently rude whenever we asked a question and spoke unkindly to her colleague, even though we were familiar with her. Additionally, she had a disrespectful way of communicating with the Hispanic chef. The fries were also disappointing—they had a foul smell and tasted awful. When we inquired about a discount for our issues, she flatly said no and mentioned that if possible, we shouldn't come back here."

"I took my wife here for their valentine 's day special, and I regret it. They only had 1 waitress working, and from the speed of the food probably only 1 cook. The salad was ok. The appetizer we got was the three dip platter. The chips were stale, the salsa was pace. The queso was the only good thing on the plate, and the guacamole looked ok, but when I ate it the tomatoes were slimy and had clearly stated rotting. I almost threw up. Then came The main course. I had the t-bone with rice pilaf and a loaded baked potato. The steak somehow managed to be every doneness level from rare to well done, depending on the bite you got. The rice pilaf while bland was the best thing on the plate, and the potato was so salty that I went through 4 glasses of water, and my tongue was still burning from the salt. The special menu showed cake with strawberries, but they were out of strawberries, and it was an additional charge which was not mentioned anywhere on the menu. If you really want to have Shari 's, it 's worth driving across town to the other one."

"It is an open restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. Be prepared to seat yourself and continuously search for staff to help you. The ambience at night consisted in hotel guests wearing bathing suits and comfy clothes. I went for the Miami Spice menu but they changed what is being advertised, so no Surf and Turf or anything appetizing. When asked about it staff was rude and we were told to deal with it."

"Gerson was an incredibly helpful manager and the pies are delicious!Review of service:As we had never been to Shari's and it was close, we ordered delivery from here. When we ordered, we had a bit of an issue with them not having pies in stock but Gerson was supremely helpful with offering us alternatives. Even with all the help, he also went above and beyond and offered to take care of us the next time we came by. A few days later, we decided to get some pies in person and Gerson was there to help us once again. He not only remembered my name, was immensely personable, but also provided us with stellar customer service in general. I will absolutely be coming back whenever I'm in the area and craving some pies and definitely recommend going if only for just the pies!Review of pies:My friends and I had a variety of pie slices (chocolate creme supreme pie, sour cream lemon pie, lemon meringue pie, deep dish Washington apple pie, sweet Montana cherry pie, strawberry rhubarb delight pie, and a tropical coconut cream pie) all of which were unanimously delicious and reasonably priced. Shari's is our go-to pie place now."

"I've never written a review before, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I ordered the bacon hamburger and fries, while my friend got the western burger with onion rings. The appearance was decent, but unfortunately, the hamburger tasted nothing like a real burger—it was absolutely disgusting. After just one bite, I almost felt sick. Additionally, one of the fries had a hair in it; I can't believe that even happens! The onion rings were terrible as well. To top it off, the menu advertised the burger for $7.99, but when we arrived, it was actually $11.49. We ended up spending $26, and it was a complete waste. I hope no one else has to go through this experience; it was hands down the worst restaurant I've ever been to."
