"First time trying this place very disappointed I was really looking forward to actually enjoying the food however we ordered the molcajete and our food came out lukewarm we order a cocktail shrimp and that was at room temperature are waitress seem to be very busy helping in the back or doing something else but seem to be in a hurry only came to drop off the drinks take our order and we did not see her after that first and last time for us food was not what we thought it would be very plain opportunity shrimp cocktail if it would have been cold that would have been good it was pretty decent. It might have been that we didn't order some of their top plates which I have no idea what they are but what we did order was no bueno."

Our first time eating at Cabritos los Cavazos and it was great. A live band and great drinks go well together.

Just not good. The food was bland and service non existent. They did have live music but no amount of live music can make the food better or the server check on you.

The cabrito and pollo tacos were really good. Customer service was really friendly and patient with our minimal Spanish speaking skills. Looking forward to trying the Consomé and a few other items next time. The micheladas looked great too.

The food was excessively greasy. The Camarones a la Diabla sauce was too sweet, almost like ketchup. The Camarones Miguelon tasted predominantly of mayo. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the food was disappointing. This will be my first and last visit.

The ribeye is smoky, delicious, and flavorful. Anything below medium is considered biting into shoe leather. The waitresses are friendly and extremely helpful, frequently asking if the food is good, if you need anything, and if you want refills. The atmosphere isn't pressuring and really comfortable. The atmosphere was fantastic! I had been there once before and loved it. However, the ribeye I ordered tonight was the saddest and most disappointing ribeye I've ever had. Everything else was amazing—the fajitas were delicious! I'll definitely come back, but I won't be ordering the ribeye again. It seems "medium-well" might mean something different here, as mine was more like well-done and lacked any char. Also, the server wasn't very attentive at all, yet we still left a 25% tip. That said, definitely try the ostiones estilo Mazatlán; they were awesome!

The day came, and we set off to Dallas. When we arrived, there were only a few scattered parking spots available, and armed security guards informed me that I couldn't park unless I paid $20. I noticed a few valet spots near the entrance, but I wanted to park in the general parking area. The security guard insisted that everyone had to pay. This wasn't the case during my previous visits. After I refused to pay, I was turned away. Not only did they lose my business that night, but they've lost me as a customer for good. Who charges for every parking space? It's truly appalling.
