"This diner is terrible. The management said they charged my card 3 times and then said my card kept declining. I was confused but ended up having a friend pay for my end of the order. Then I see that my account was charged for the meal after a few hours later. I call my bank and they said my card was charged 7 times prior to it being charged on my account, the place literally stole from me."

"I placed an order over the phone and provided my name and phone number. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my order at 6:30pm, I was informed that there would be a 10 minute delay due to a rush of orders. This seemed illogical as a time had already been quoted before the rush. I decided to wait in my car while my son waited inside the restaurant, believing it would only be an additional 10 minutes. However, when I checked in with my son 20 minutes later, he was told it would still be 10 more minutes. After calling myself at 7:17pm, I was informed that they were just starting on my order, which was odd considering they had previously stated they were working on it. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to prepare one plate. Despite the quality of the food, the lack of communication about the delay and the fact that they had already charged me before my food was ready were major disappointments. I was even asked for a tip before realizing the hassle I would endure. A simple courtesy call about the delay would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, I left with my food after 7:30pm, 1.5 hours after placing my order. This experience has made me reluctant to return to this restaurant."

"Jimbo's is a local favorite where we occasionally order breakfast. We like to get the pancake and egg combo, as well as eggs with waffles, and French toast with turkey bacon. The delivery is generally prompt, and the food arrives warm. While you can eat in, the dining area is quite small."

"Great food, but slightly expensive for takeout. My favorites are the enchiladas, chimichangas, and best of all is the tortilla soup. It's seriously one of the best soups I've ever had. Staff is always nice as well. My only complaint is that they use too much dark chicken meat and I don't like dark meat."

"We visited New York City for a long weekend and stayed at Hotel Hugo on Greenwich. In search of a breakfast diner, we turned to TripAdvisor and discovered Amelia's. It's a classic New York City diner, and our meals were fantastic: my wife enjoyed pancakes while I had a western omelet. The coffee was also excellent. However, I do have one complaint: the restroom should be avoided!"

"Neddy, is very attentive of her restaurant and customers. It's a family owned business and I have seen all hands on deck myself. Her Husband and Older Son cook while her other children help out as well. Neddy herself loves to talk about her baked goods, which she is very proud of. If you like muffins, she's got muffins (flavors keep growing literally). The food is very delicious and I have no complaints whatsoever. The family is from Jalisco and Puebla. Really nice family and we did enjoy our time there. Thank you so much for being attentive of us. The atmosphere is very authentic to Mexico."

"The customer service was excellent; I really appreciated how attentive our waiter was. He frequently checked in to see if everything was okay, kept our drinks refilled, and demonstrated great manners throughout our meal. He definitely earned a well-deserved tip! As for the food, it was good, and I would likely return. The only downside was the noise level from the music—it felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant. But, given that it’s a Mexican bar-style place, I suppose that's to be expected. Just be prepared for a hefty bill if you’re planning on having a full course meal! Dinner for two came to $84 plus tip, and we didn’t even order any alcoholic drinks. Nevertheless, my husband left satisfied!"

"We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. Two people who arrived after us were served, finished their meals, and left before our food even arrived. We waited about 20 minutes for simple tacos, and only received them after we had to remind the waitress. To make matters worse, the beef tacos we ordered were very dry, which further added to our dissatisfaction with the overall service."

"Stopped for lunch while at one of the museums across the street! Beautiful little restaurant, and all the people were so kind, especially to my kids. "I wish I could describe how amazing their little outdoor seating oasis is. If you can go there on a summer night, do it. My husband and I stumbled upon this place while taking a walk, searching for a place to eat. After we passed their cute little outdoor seating area, I knew this was the place. Such cute ambiance, with the palms, and the flowers...not to mention the food was delicious. Good portions, and their pulled pork reminded me of pernil. Flan was SO good. Only thing was their tiramisu was served frozen. Not a fav when expecting a spongy, soft coffee cake type of texture and receing a frozen block. Once we let it thaw a bit, it did taste good. : So that saved it. Super deeeelish otherwise and the waitress was so pleasant."

"Absolutely 5 plus stars! The food is fresh and authentically homemade—those fish tacos are delicious! The female chefs do a fantastic job, and the margaritas are amazing. The service is excellent, and since it's family-owned, they really make you feel at home. They even played our musical requests while we enjoyed our time at the charming bar.
