"The restaurant only offers a brunch menu for breakfast, including a Fruit Platter, Entree, and Dessert. We were informed that we could request our burrito to be made vegan, but there were limited options available. We had to substitute black beans and cilantro rice for the Mexican rice, which contains chicken stock. The quality of the food and presentation did not meet our expectations given the price. Overall, I would say that this restaurant is not very vegan-friendly for breakfast. I suggest exploring other options for breakfast."

"I found it. One of the biggest bummers about moving from the west coast to NC was the dearth of authentic Mexican cuisine. So, it was certainly an unexpected and pleasant surprise finding this gem in northeast Raleigh. Though it 's attached to a gasstation (albeit among the most modern and ritzy ones I 've ever encountered), that 's where the hole-in-the-wall stereotypeends. Clean establishment, massive menu, prompt and friendly service, and food that resembles everything I remember about myhome state. I had the huge burrito, and my wife opted for the street tacos. We were not disappointed. I 'll be returning hereweekly at this rate."

"It is highly unlikely that the positive reviews for this restaurant are genuine. Our dining experience here was by far the worst I can remember. The waitress got three out of four meals wrong and then argued with us about our order. The food was mediocre at best. I was served a cold cheese enchilada (see picture) with unmelted cheese. The manager even tried to convince me that they intentionally serve their enchiladas with a cold filling, which is absurd. To top it off, we were charged for fountain drinks with our kids' meals, despite them being advertised as free. After complaining, the manager removed the cost of my meal and another incorrect meal. However, the shocker came when he tipped the waitress forty percent before giving us our bills. Upon closer inspection, it was apparent that he had added a $20 tip to each of our $50 checks, even though we had split the bill evenly. My friend's receipt also showed the same percentage tip added to each item."

"I happened to be in the area and decided to check out this restaurant. Before I eat, I usually assess the place. It looks quite decent from the outside, though the interior could use a bit of renovation. I ordered the lunch special: Buffalo wings with fries. The owner was present—he's a large guy with a fantastic personality and a wealth of experience with Middle Eastern food, especially kebabs. I mentioned the negative reviews his establishment had received, and he explained that he had recently taken over the business from a previous owner. Now, under new management, he encouraged those who had previously had bad experiences to give it another chance. I believe you will find not only an improved taste in the food but also an enhanced level of service. Overall, I had a great experience with delicious food, and I will definitely return to explore more of the menu."

"I've been here about 10 times and every time has been a pretty good experience. If you're looking for a more authentic taste coupled with a colorful atmosphere, this is your place if you are in Ballard area.Surely you could get the same authenticity with trucks or restaurants, but this place beats then for the vibe and location. "What a great place to bring the family! I've been here a number of times with my family and whenever family visits it's a must. Very affordable prices and portions are great! Just drove 15 minutes to get their fresh guacamole and chips. I always get double chips. A great snack and honestly the best guacamole out there. Their tacos are authentic and you can't forget desert. We always get the churros, so crispy! Tons of seating, bar and a patio. The built in atmosphere has you looking around the place at all the Mexico themed areas."

"Wow, we were truly impressed! The asada wings were absolutely fantastic, and the roasted corn was to die for! Every aspect of our dinner was wonderful. Our server, Jesus, was incredible—so helpful and very attentive. He was just so sweet. We also got to meet the chef, Victoria, which was a lovely surprise! Everything was really amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Way too expensive and overpriced. Food was average. Decore was nice but not worth the price. Drinks are overpriced and under served. In order to get a good drink, you have to order a double and lay twice as much. Lower your prices. Your prices are way too expenisve cor the food quality and service provided. Also drinks are way too sweet and with little alchol. In order to get a good drink we had to order a double shot and pay double. Not cool. Also we returned a drink back that was too sweet and the waiter never took it off the tab. We still ended paying for it. Will nkt be returning. Didnt live up to the hype. Way overrated."

"Exercise caution when dining here, particularly if you have food allergies. The menu does not list all ingredients. I have a strawberry allergy, and they added strawberry syrup to my dessert without specifying it. I took one bite and immediately had a reaction. I had to be rushed to the hospital, where they administered medication and kept me under observation for four hours before I was released. Additionally, the photo of the menu online does not display any syrup."

"The staff was unfriendly and seemed frustrated. We traveled from Chicago and stopped here on the way. We had high expectations for this place based on reviews. The only thing that saved it from getting 3 stars was the food, which had a good taste. The outdoor seating was uninviting and gave the impression that they didn't want people to dine outside. Perhaps it was just a bad day or an off day for the server. However, when it came time to pay the bill and leave a tip, the staff suddenly became friendly. I was not impressed with this behavior."

"I went to dance this last Saturday 26th, I expended all the time in the back right in from of the main door with my cousin who is a Dallas resident with the weirdest beard in town. Suddenly the most amazing girl ever arrived, never seen her in my life since I am not from here, and we dance a couple of salsa songs. We even had the chance to dance the last bachata ones and we did it like we knew each other since forever. Great music, great orchestra, great place. I will definitely go over again just to find her because she gave me the best dance night of my life. Thanks Gloria's Latin Cuisine. And thank you for the fantastic dance."

"Absolutely LOVED this place!!! The atmosphere was comfortable relaxing. The Mexican music playing was a softer/relaxing music than what you normally hear in restaurants. "I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. When we were having trouble deciding on a drink, our server suggested their specialty "agua fresca" with flavors like pineapple, horchata, and mango. They were absolutely delicious. "tolerable rag. burning food, hot items cold and dried, mariachis so loud, they could not talk to the person sitting next to them. the deck is low and had no acoustic flow so that the very loud wind instrument and loud singers hurt our ears. the only thing I could actually enjoy was the chips and the fresh fruit. a bit much for a price tag of $39.95. $100 for 2 with tax and tipp.) the bussing service went around and removed disks did not. to get a top plate, I had to put my own teller on an empty table. that was the worst food, brunch or anything I had. this place needs new management or better yet, close their doors and stop demolition customers!"
