"Normally we do not have a problem with Rosati's hence the three stars. It would have been one star yesterday. Ordered a couple of appetizers and two pizzas. Was told it would be 45 minutes. Called when it got to be an hour and 10 minutes later to find out where our order was and I was told it would be here any minute. Called when it got to be an hour and 30 minutes and I was told we got hit because of the football game. I told her there is no way that my appetizers are going to be good and I was assured that they would be nice and hot. Finally got the order at a hour and 40 minutes later and the cheesy garlic bread and the mozzarella sticks we're garbage and were thrown out after one bite. The pizzas were lukewarm and definitely overcooked a little. It would have been nice when the phone wasn't ringing for them to get on the phone with the people that were over an hour to let us know what was going on. I'm going to give them a call today because I feel that I'm due a couple of appetizers and we'll see how they handle the phone call."

"I should of listened to the reviews but Nancys closed and I figured we would try this place. Sure enough the pizza tasted bland no flavor at all Im not sure how that’s possible I ordered a 2 liter of 7up and they brought root beer they said they ran out of 7up so why take my order if you didn’t have it. I won’t be ordering here again sad Rosatis fell off Update it gets worse I need to give 1 star I found a piece of tape on my pizza I almost ate it gross it was literally cooked into my pizza This place needs to be shut down for health violations only God knows what is happening in that kitchen I will be calling the owner in the morning this is not right I want a full refund of my money Update the owner called this morning and apologized offered me a full refund and told me that is not the quality they offer and if we try to order from them again she assured it would be good I appreciated the call back and refund"

"I went for a late lunch to try the Chicago deep dish pizza. Unfortunately, from the moment we sat down until we left—about 50 minutes later—we were plagued by two or more flies at our table. I’m not sure how we managed to stick around for the pizza, but that was the main reason we came. The crust was overcooked, and the toppings were spilling out of the cuts. Overall, it wasn’t worth the visit."

"I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant! I've been there several times to pick up pizza, and each visit I've seen the owner yelling and cursing at his staff. He demeans them for the tiniest mistakes, and it's worth noting that these workers are just teenagers, aged between 16 and 20. It's really disheartening to witness these young people staying silent while he mistreats them. On one occasion, I even saw him throw a pan in a fit of rage. I cannot support this kind of behavior. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone else either."

"Got a pizza here while driving from Montana to Ohio. Had some pizza here before. It was delivered to my hotel. Ordered and paid online with tip. When we got there, theres nowhere to sit. That's fine, haven't been to the physical location before. When we asked for some paper plates we were told they were $0.13 each?! We just needed 4 paper plates! So we paid for them. The total was $0.88. FOR PAPER PLATES! At a location with no dine in option! Staff was rude and if you can't provide some paper plates upon request, for 4 people, you either have a poor business model or are very cheap. I'm sorry to seem petty but, they were the absolute cheapest paper plates, not even the good ones. I was at a store today and saw the same quality plates, 600 count, for $25."

"By far the best tasting Rosat's pizza in the east valley. I know that sounds weird because you'd think being a chain they'd all taste the same but no they don't. Have 1 daughter in chandler and 1 in Florence( gets from san tan), and they don't come close in taste to the GC location and both of those other locations cost more. Since I live local, I always pick up my pizza so my ratings for service and atmosphere are strictly based on that Food: 5"

"When my order finally arrived, it was underwhelming. I typically wouldn’t send food back or write a negative review, but this Rosati's does not live up to the standard of the ones in Illinois. My Italian beef sandwich was lacking in meat and had an off taste. Additionally, the fries served were not the usual ones from other Rosati's locations; instead, they were the same kind used at Steak 'n Shake. If you've ever had the fries from Rosati's, you know they have a distinct quality that was missing here. It feels like they are cutting corners while charging the same prices. I would recommend avoiding this location, as you’re likely to be disappointed."

"The Crystal Lake Central Special Olympics Basketball team came to play this week at the state tournament. Thanks to Tony and his incredible staff, we were able to enjoy our dinner in his restaurant. The food was fantastic, the staff was attentive to our needs, and it was a great time!!!. If I ever cross the area again, I will not miss a chance to enjoy a meal here with my family. "FOOD POISONING. My wife and I love Rosati's since we ordered it as our first meal after our daughter's birth (different location). We started ordering it from here since then and immediately I noticed a quality difference in some items like how their boneless buffalo wings NEVER came tossed in the buffalo sauce, just dry with the buffalo sauce on the side. They also removed the cauliflower wings I liked from their menu. These things never stopped us from ordering for months until earlier this week when the cheese pizza we ordered gave us all food poisoning. My wife, 3yo, and I were hurling for hours thru the night and unable to work or do anything the next day and a half from nausea, light headedness, and exhaustion. I don't know what happened that day to cause it but I hope the restaurant owner reads this and does something immediately to increase the cleanliness and quality there.. I would need to know something clearly changed before I could consider eating here again"

"I ordered a simple medium pizza and waited an exorbitant amount of time with my four year-old daughter. The initial order was to have a little bit of water for her because she was playing on the playground and was very thirsty and the first thing they brought me was my drink, and not the water for my daughter. I waited so long that I started to complain. I used to work for a pizza place. I’ve made pizza at home and for the business. I even asked them about their oven and they said they have a 6 to 7 minute conveyor belt oven, which is standard for the industry. The owner came out in a very argumentative way and tried to explain something about drying out the tomatoes, which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. Waiting over 20 minutes for one pizza with no deliveries apparent and a very small group of individuals in the actual restaurant was ridiculous. I’m never going back there again. I didn’t finish my drink and I just took my daughter and left. Apparently the owner is an idiot, that doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing. And he spoke very harshly and rudely to me in front of my daughter upon leaving. He has no decorum or respect in front of young children. Plus his menu is horrible. Specializing in only pizza and spaghetti. There was nothing more expansive on his appetizers section. I was almost ready to leave after looking at the menu a few times. "I visited this restaurant for the first time a few months ago and really enjoyed the Chicago-style pizza. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. I encountered an undercooked pizza that was a far cry from my previous experience. Another reviewer mentioned that the crust resembled just a thin crust folded at the edges, and that’s exactly what it looked like—there wasn’t much pie crust, and it definitely wasn’t thick or buttery. Instead, it came out as a soupy mess. To top it off, the grilled chicken tasted like it came straight from a package of pre-cooked Perdue, and that’s not a compliment. "This is the first time we've been to Rosati's. It was very busy, but the wait staff was in good spirits even though they were getting pummeled. We got a pizza that was delicious, the breadsticks you can tell were made on homemade dough, and the combo Italian sandwich was phenomenal. Overall fantastic experience we will definitely be back."

"This was my first visit to this Rosati's, and I have a feeling it will be my last. I ordered a 10-inch Chicago-style pizza and specifically asked for a small side of sauce since I planned to enjoy it over a few days. I made it clear that I didn't want any extra sauce on top. I've attached a photo for reference—it’s obvious that there is way too much sauce piled on. I'm almost certain that’s marinara sauce on the pizza itself. I've had this pizza many times from the Rosati's on Silverado, and this experience was completely different. The pizza from Silverado would dry out a little over time, which is why I requested just a bit of extra sauce. Unfortunately, this pizza feels like it needs a life preserver just to stay afloat."

"Great pizza, HOWEVER they also have a small spot to order a beer while you wait for your pizza. After I told the girl I wanted to order a drink I sat there waiting 15 minutes .. no service, no help. (Restaurant was empty) She is the same person I ordered the pizza from so it's not like she didn't know I wanted to order and was waiting. 4 older gentleman just walked in. They also sat with ZERO attention for 10 minutes, they finally came to the other side to request help. That was 5 minutes ago. Still nothing.
