"Got a pizza here while driving from Montana to Ohio. Had some pizza here before. It was delivered to my hotel. Ordered and paid online with tip. When we got there, theres nowhere to sit. That's fine, haven't been to the physical location before. When we asked for some paper plates we were told they were $0.13 each?! We just needed 4 paper plates! So we paid for them. The total was $0.88. FOR PAPER PLATES! At a location with no dine in option! Staff was rude and if you can't provide some paper plates upon request, for 4 people, you either have a poor business model or are very cheap. I'm sorry to seem petty but, they were the absolute cheapest paper plates, not even the good ones. I was at a store today and saw the same quality plates, 600 count, for $25."

We just picked up a pizza from Rosati?s the first time we have tried the Tinley Park location. The pizza crust was chewy, not at all crispy, unusual for a thin crust. The pizza wasn?t even hot. I would have been better off buying a frozen pizza andcooking it myself. What a disappointment! Anyway, lesson learned. The gentleman at the counter was friendly that?s thereason for the two star rating, instead of a one star.

CAUTION!!! This was my first visit, and it was not a good experience. I inquired about the chicken, and the staff handed me a menu. After reviewing it, I decided to order boneless chicken, and the total came to $17 and some change. I was confused when I was informed that the menu hadn’t been updated and the price was incorrect. Is this really how you operate your business? Completely unacceptable; I won’t be returning. The food was average at best, and the customer service was lacking with no accountability. Best of luck with your future endeavors. If you want to overpay and deal with poor customer service, you might as well go to Popeyes where the chicken is at least decent.
