"I walked in, gave my order, sat down, and waited. Three minutes later another customer walks in and orders, leaves a few minutes later. I sat there patiently and alone in the front of the cold store and wasted over 20 minutes of my life I could have been going somewhere else to eat because they never bothered to put the order in and just let me sit there like a fool, a great way to lose a customer that enjoyed their food in the past. If you want to be treated like you exist then walk on by and go to Li Wan down the street."

"Chicken wings with French fries wasn’t what I expected. This is my first time ordering this in NJ and Rita different from NY. The fries are shoestring and it looks like they give you a little handful of them. Soggy, no crisp to it and they don’t carry bbq sauce. WHAT?! The chicken wings are old and hard. These aren’t fresh chicken wings at all. I’ll stick to ordering that “American “ dish in NY. If anyone knows another spot in NJ, please let me know!"

"I had another delicious meal from Panda last night. Long Beach has plenty of great Chinese restaurants, but Panda is one of my favorites. I decided to order delivery and Jaden took my order. I made several modifications to the menu items due to my children's picky eating habits and my desire to limit sodium. Jaden offered some helpful suggestions and everything turned out well. Some of the dishes had slight modifications, with certain ingredients omitted or replaced. However, all the dishes were tasty. We enjoyed Orange Beef, Gyoza dumplings, Chow Mei fun, and hot and sour soup (which was homemade). The iced tea was also delicious and quite sweet. A tip: try putting some of the Mei fun noodles in the hot and sour soup for an extra tasty treat."

"had to update that to warn others I received the wrong delivery order (real bark meat and brokkoli vs vegan bark and brokkoli) no big thing, right? I call to let them know and think that they would just make the right order and transfer them. Instead, I am informed that the wrong order went into the wrong bag and I have someone else to eat. the owner told me that I was difficult because I asked my money back instead of following his idea, leaving the driver to both houses and order to change. I told him I will not pay for food that has already been in someone else's house and he should not send my wrong order to someone else. he claimed that since I had eaten nothing of it, it is nothing of my business what he does with him (his actual word.) of course, I have suspended / drove over and asked for a refund. now I wish I never presented them before years of this app. I'm sure I'm not gonna be a patron again. they should hope that the dpt of health will not get wind of it."

"Do not recommend, we ordered food and didn’t get what we asked. We spent $56 on this and when I called them she hung the phone up on me. I called two more times and she got an attitude and started saying that we never ordered from and that she can’t do nothing than hung the phone up again. she didn’t even give us a receipt to see what exactly she charged us on top of that they took over an hour to get the food to us. "The interior of the restaurant is covered in plastic, giving the impression that customers are considered diseased. The atmosphere is not welcoming and the pandemic has long passed. It is unacceptable to treat patrons in this manner. The windows are very dirty and the food was mediocre. Payment at the counter requires reaching over a table, which is inconvenient. It seems as though the staff are not focused on customer satisfaction. I do not recommend this restaurant for dining in, but take-out service is available."

"The food is average but not the reason for my 1 star review. They usually have a lunch special 7 day a week from open till 3:30 pm. I work in the area regularly and go to the resturant once or twice a week. I arrived their at 3:05 PM ordered a lunch special and their special was $7 with tax came out to 7.60. the food was ready for me to pay and i had $8 ready and the lady told me $10.60!!! I said i ordered the lunch special its usually 7 dollars at this time and she told me not anymore with an attitude. If u changed the criteria u should have told me b4 u prepared it and i would of ordered something else! your menus still say the $7 lunch special ends at 3:30!!!. I will never go in their again cuz she had an attitude and she knows i WAS a regular customer!!!"

"My husband and I went in and were greeted by the owner. He was so kind. He saw us struggling to make a decision so he offered to make us a mixed plate of appiterzers. They were all fresh and out standing. The he brought us something he said was not on the menu and lastly he brought us out a huge meat plate with salad, rice and all the different meats to try. Oh and i forget he brought us dessert also. Best baklava ever!!! I couldn't believe how fresh everything was. I have been telling everyone to try it. FYI....it's BYOB. "New China 3 have the tiniest chicken wings along with another chinese restaurant in Woodside called Panda garden. Its like a cornish hen wings. one of them is half only. Also the rice is less. If you want normal sized chicken wings dont order withinWoodside. They must have the same supplier they buy small for cheaper price and pass laong the price for customers. For $9 itsnot worth it."
