I sat there patiently and alone in the front of the cold store and wasted over 20 minutes of my life I could have been going somewhere else to eat because they never bothered to put the order in and just let me sit there like a fool, a great way to lose a customer that enjoyed their food in the past. If you want to be treated like you exist then walk on by and go to Li Wan down the street."

I can't imagine how this place is still open. All their food is garbage...if you can screw up chicken and broccoli you shouldn't be in business. This place does not care at all what they serve to their customers. Trash at the highest level!!

Fong Kwan has finally reopened for takeout service. EDIT: You now have a limited indoor kitchen, two separate small tables. Detection of COVID-19 vaccine required for din-in. Very good reliable cantonese menu plus some Thai dishes also. Good Cantonese style take out that I used to be able to find more often, this had still some great familiar decisions at great prices.
