"I placed an order over the phone, but when I arrived to pick it up, no one seemed to know anything about it. The young lady who took my order had vanished, leaving a young man who had just come in to try and track it down. After about 10 minutes of confusion, we decided to leave and opted to order from Wahlburg Grill instead. This was our first experience at either restaurant, and it occurred on 10/21/23 at around 3:15 PM. As newcomers to the area, we were hoping to find a great pizza place, but we won’t be returning. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1."

"First time here since moving to Palm Bay 3 years ago and it'll probably be another 3 years before we come back. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an app, my gf ordered the blackened chicken, and I ordered the 5 cheese burger. Since it's bar food I mostly cut some slack on critiques. However, the mozzarella sticks barely had cheese inside them. The rice was meh, the chicken on my gf's plate was NOT blackened at all and she was charged extra for a side salad without anyone telling her it was an upcharge. They did discount the salad but that was after some back and forth which should've been handled in one shot. The bacon on my burger was nicely smoked but the burger had no flavor at all. The bread it comes on was also soggy from the burger but the cheeses were good, I just wish the mozzarella stick was actually on the entire burger and not just sticking out of the top of a half. The only thing saving this review from being a 1 ? is the fact that they have the Coke Freestyle machine which is not something most places have. I'd also say the staff needs a bit more training since I had to ask for refills at least twice. We also waited several minutes for a small plate after getting a salad and our waitress was cleaning other tables instead of grabbing the plate. Even walking in, nobody greeted us and we waited almost 2 full minutes for someone to walk up and said she would seat us but then took a phone call so we had to wait for someone else to walk up to seat us."

"It was Super Bowl Sunday and it took us 15 minutes to even get a waitress over for a drink. There was one table that had food, there were 3 tables total plus mine made for not very many people in there. When we got there. It took another 20 minutes to get her to take our order. We had to find Her. She stayed in the back. Another waitress I had the flag down to get our appetizers twenty five minutes later When we confronted the waitress that was not ours. She tried to convince us gaslight us that there were a ton of tickets hanging in the windowand that they were very busylike I said we were the Third or fourth table there before the crowd came in, which ended up being 10 tables total, while the cook leaned up against the back wall out of the kitchen. We could see him with this apron and gloves on talking to the waitresses. While they were hiding behind the wall because he was facing them. We knew that he was talking to them. They were having a good old time. Where had to constantly ask the bartenderfor drinks and update on food.Very, very poor service with the waitress. I've had her a couple of times before and did not like having her as our waitress. Other waitressesare very good. We have eaten at this restaurant many times without instances. Unless we get certain waitressesthat just don't care about their jobs. The food was cold. Imagine that sitting in the winfor so long, but the Chicken wings at the end were very hot and good. The taco nachos like I said. We're cold which is normally cold except for the hamburger. Good luck getting that good waitress past couple of times have not been.Parking: Parking has always been plentiful every time we went. The place is probably 10 minutes from where we live.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessibility straight up to the front door."
