"It was Super Bowl Sunday and it took us 15 minutes to even get a waitress over for a drink. There was one table that had food, there were 3 tables total plus mine made for not very many people in there. When we got there. It took another 20 minutes to get her to take our order. We had to find Her. She stayed in the back. Another waitress I had the flag down to get our appetizers twenty five minutes later When we confronted the waitress that was not ours. She tried to convince us gaslight us that there were a ton of tickets hanging in the windowand that they were very busylike I said we were the Third or fourth table there before the crowd came in, which ended up being 10 tables total, while the cook leaned up against the back wall out of the kitchen. We could see him with this apron and gloves on talking to the waitresses. While they were hiding behind the wall because he was facing them. We knew that he was talking to them. They were having a good old time. Where had to constantly ask the bartenderfor drinks and update on food.Very, very poor service with the waitress. I've had her a couple of times before and did not like having her as our waitress. Other waitressesare very good. We have eaten at this restaurant many times without instances. Unless we get certain waitressesthat just don't care about their jobs. The food was cold. Imagine that sitting in the winfor so long, but the Chicken wings at the end were very hot and good. The taco nachos like I said. We're cold which is normally cold except for the hamburger. Good luck getting that good waitress past couple of times have not been.Parking: Parking has always been plentiful every time we went. The place is probably 10 minutes from where we live.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessibility straight up to the front door."

The tables could use some love and maybe a better arrangement, but aside from that, I have no complaints. I ordered the mac and cheese pulled pork burger, and it was absolutely delicious.

It's been awhile since eating at this facility and now I remember why. Ordered the 10 wings and a water after waiting for well over 30min my son was ready to leave. Wings were over done, dry and to top it of 16.30 without a tip. Crazy I will not eat there ever again.

The atmosphere was a bit hectic with all the sports events happening simultaneously. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. I really enjoyed the new menu options! As for kid-friendliness, there are excellent menu choices and quick service, ensuring you'll be in and out in no time.

Our service was the worse possible service we've ever encountered. Everyone got there food except my son in law she kept saying she'd bring his food out then after everyone was done eating she brought out his fries and still had to waited for his meal it was so tiny the girl said it was a big bowl well she was tight the bowl was big but the portion was so small. We asked for refills because everyone's drinks were empty before we got our food, she said she would bring refills and never did my son in law had to speak with the manager then the brought my husband a regular coke not coke zero and he's diabetic. I hate not leaving a tip but this was the 1 exception I left zero tip. I was so disgus...

This is a first for me... What's going on at Beef's?? I placed a call-in order and headed over because I usually enjoy a beer while I wait (no matter if my order is ready). But not today. The girl behind the bar didn’t notice me when I walked in and sat down (she was busy fiddling with the cash register and her phone).
