"First I want to say, Mario 's pizza is our absolute favorite pizza. That being said, I 'm soooo disappointed in this location. On the website it 's says they offer curbside delivery. So I pay on the phone and ask them to bring it directly outside their front door to me because my infant is sick and asleep in the car with me. The girl on the phone said oh, sorry we don 't do that . I let her know that 's what their website says she just says she 'll let management know. Then fine, I wake up me son get him out of the car, he need a diaper. I take him to the bathroom in this family restaurant and there isn 't a koala station. But they have a dirty broken diaper genie in the corner of their bathroom and highchair out in the lobby.... So... No one ever eats their and needs to change their child with in this establishment...? What sense does that make? I 'm really disappointed in this location. Even the Mario 's pizza on Hanes mall Blvd has a single toilet bathroom and managed to squeeze a koala station into it. Do better Mario 's. Fix your website, or bring the paid for pizza outside and put a decent changing station in your very large bathroom."

"I grew up in New York and have always loved its pizza. When I moved to North Carolina, I missed my NY pizza until I found Mario's. Mario's Pizza is just like the pizza I remember from New York. Now, I no longer crave pizza from back home. You can tell that Mario's puts a lot of care into every pizza they make, from the dough to the toppings. Everything is fresh, delicious, and satisfying. This is pizza made with love. The entire menu is phenomenal, with every dish crafted to perfection. Without a doubt, Mario's is the best!"

"Called 4 times to place order on the phone. Finally had the phone answered and placed on hold for 5+ minutes. Gave up trying to place a phone order and ordered online via Slice through Google and order was confirmed for pickup at 8:50 p.m. Upon arrival was informed Tony's doesn't take orders via Slice and had no record of the order. Guy behind the counter said it would be 35 minutes for a pizza but they were closing at 9 p.m. Not sure what the hell is going on but it seems like they don't want any orders after 8 p.m. Called Slice and they had no record of Tony's no longer accepting the orders. I love this place and their pizza. Most of the folks there have been friendly and give great customer service. Definitely off their game tonight."
