"Ordered two pizzas that were delivered by Grubhub to my hotel. One pizza was fine, the other had an incorrect topping, half of the toppings had slid off the pizza, and the center of the pizza was undercooked. No utensils, no napkins. The Grubhub order showed the correct toppings, so we called Tony's to sort it out. Unbelievably rude employees. Just...rude and lacking in any customer service skills. So, of the two pizzas, one was fine. The other was undercooked and inedible without utensils since the center was floppy, wet dough. I would never order from this place again based solely on the rude and unconcerned workers."

I only went in to get a couple of 10 inch dough balls. Only negative was that there was a long wait and not really that busy. Otherwise the dough balls were pretty good when i made them at home.

Nice employees but very slow. Tell you 5 minutes 30 later you may have your food. Never any management. Watch friends of employees come in and get food faster or based off of how good you look in short shorts

You can tell they lowered the quality of their ingredients. I used to love their Stromboli, and Pizza. Now it’s just, Meh. I appreciate the fact they are trying to keep prices down, but the new recipe doesn’t make me want to go back. I’d be happier paying a bit more for the best, than less to be like the rest. View menu

New to the area so our first pizza shop. Busy place. While waiting I noticed thick dust overhead and large debris and dust under the side counter. Some employees don't use gloves when handling food, wipe brow and body then touch food. Luckily not ours! Fluffy light crust with adequate toppings. Good flavor. If cleaned I'd go back.

The restaurant lacks cleanliness, and the staff often appears disorganized, which leads to delays in receiving your food. If you decide to visit during busy times, be prepared for a longer wait and the possibility that your order will be incorrect.

The staff was friendly, but the service was quite slow. I was told my food would be ready in five minutes, but it took over half an hour. There seems to be no management present to oversee things. What an awful first impression. Dirty tables, soda fountain not working, cranky cashier and unhappy pizzaiolo. Our party ordered and our food was spread out. Half the people were dove eating by the time my pie was ready. And it was incomplete. How does one makes pepperoni pizza without pepperoni? Tony's pizza knows how, just give out a cheese pizza. I'm undecided on a return visit. Bad day or lose money. Definitely my worse experience at pizza restaurant. Might I recommend Greenway Pizza in Morganton or if further afield Pupatella in Virginia.

This was my first and last visit. I would be better off making the pizza myself. The tables were all dirty and there were food crumbs on the floor. The bathroom was unkempt and the staff was unfriendly. I ordered two pizzas and salads, and the total came to $52, including drinks. The salads had tomatoes with black spots, and the pizzas had little to no marinara sauce and tasted bad. I watched the pizzas being made and noticed that there didn’t seem to be any fresh ingredients; everything looked like it came from a can or pre-packaged bags. This place is overpriced and overrated!
