"I ordered a Turkey Tom no tomato add pickle and cheese for my 4 year old son. You remembered to charge me over a $1 for pickles and cheese, but you forgot to put them on the sandwich or take the tomato off. I called and you asked me to put my kids back in the car at 8pm after a night of baseball and drive back, but I said no. No problem, you will mail me a free sandwich coupon for your mistake. I used the free sandwich card on Monday, and it cost me $1.09. Because you still charged me for cheese and pickles. I have now paid $2.18 for one serving of cheese and pickles. Your free coupon was not free and you didn't correct your mistake, you made me pay for it. So do not recommend Jimmy Johns. Orders are not made correctly. Management does a poor job fixing mistakes."

"On 10-7-22 we waited 10 mins in the drive through waiting for them to take our order. Once the guy was ready to take my order it turned out they were out of roast beef and most of the chips, thus I ended up ordering something I really didn?t want. Then pulled up to the window, he collected my payment quickly, and didn?t return with my order until almost 15 mins later. After leaving the place it turned out they also messed up my order? This place is usual decent but the B team must have been working this day?"

"I just experienced the worst service from this location. I placed my online order at 12:26pm and as of 2:15pm, I still didn 't have my sandwich. I called multiple times and was told they were short on drivers. Understandable. After another 30 minutes, I called back and requested a fresh sandwich because my original sandwich has been sitting there for over an hour and I didn 't want my bread soggy. The manager, Cray obliged. 45 minutes later, I called back again to cancel my order and was told by Cray that my sandwich was still there. When I asked why, I was told, It might be because there 's no tip on it and the driver didn 't pick it up. I haven 't seen this done personally, but I have heard some employees talk about drivers picking and choosing which orders they deliver. This is unacceptable! I then stated, How does your driver know I wasn 't going to tip with cash?? And, whether I tipped or not, your driver is on the clock to deliver sandwiches, whether a tip is included, or not! I was given a credit by Cray, but that doesn 't negate the fact that I waited almost 2 hours for a sandwich that never left the restaurant. This is bad for business. As I 'm typing this review, my sandwich was delivered....2 hours and 15 minutes later. I attempted to eat my sandwich. And, it was the same old sandwich I asked him to remake. My bread was indeed, soggy!! So, I still went without lunch. This is the worst service I have received in a long time."

I reached out to the company via email, but after two weeks, all they did was ask me to fill out a survey—definitely not an appropriate response to the situation. Having also noticed two errors in my order, I've decided that I won't be going back to the Jimmy John's in Jonesboro. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children."

"We ordered two combos, one original and one Little John, along with two sandwiches with chips—one original and one plain Little John. The employee took it upon herself to charge us an extra $2 by changing the plain Little John to a Slim, which we didn’t realize until after the sandwiches were made and we checked the receipt. I also noticed she accidentally made one sandwich incorrectly. She thanked me for catching the mistake and remade it, but when I saw that she had made three large sandwiches for the others, she casually mentioned that it was just a $2 difference and offered to give us store credit. However, since we were just passing through and don’t live here, that wasn’t helpful. Paying an extra $2 for a bigger sandwich for my 5-year-old seems ridiculous. Once we hit the road with our food, we discovered that one of the sandwiches contained a lot of onions, even though it wasn’t supposed to have any. If we ever pass through this area again, we won’t be back. On a positive note, at least one of the four sandwiches was made correctly, for which I'm thankful."

"I feel compelled to share my experience. Typically, this Jimmy John's lives up to its slogan of "Freaky Good, Freaky Fast," but unfortunately, last night was a different story—it turned out to be a "Freaky Failure." I ordered the new Italian sandwich with added lettuce and cucumbers, asking for it to be cut in half. However, when the delivery arrived, my sandwich was missing all the extras I requested, didn’t have the amount of meat advertised, and looked as if it had been assembled by a cranky four-year-old after a tantrum. My wife’s JJBLT was in the same disheveled state. I understand that restaurants are dealing with staffing shortages and busy times, but that shouldn’t excuse neglecting order instructions or sending out food that’s unappealingly presented. "I ordered from DoorDash because I wanted it delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Because this store is completely incapable of timely deliveries. They had their own driver deliver instead of DoorDash... and nearly 30 minutes AFTER the expected ETA. Were so done ordering from this place. In the last year, we have NEVER received any of our orders in a timely manner. We thought wed give it a chance thinking it would be better with DoorDash, but nope. Never. Again. Its not worth the headache. Subway tastes better, is less expensive, and we actually get our orders quickly!"

"Love their sandwiches!! Staff are always nice!!UPDATE: I ordered my sandwiches on the app which are normally done right. Today not so much! First off, I ordered my sandwiches while in at the the Target parking lot, which is at least 10 minutes away. When I arrived at Jimmy John's, they hadn't even started them. FREAKY FAST? NOT SO MUCH! Then when they did finally start them the one making the sandwich kept saying no cheese, which is the way I ordered it along with differentextra items. When they were wrapping my sandwich I asked them, did you make it the way I customized it? Their answer, yes. Guess what, NOPE....CHEESE and no extras! Not at all happy with this last experience. Don't have a customized section if your not going to follow it. Hope you get it back together soon! I still love your sandwiches but disappointed with this last visit."

"I was just in this location like I normally am. Nothing special, just wanted to grab a bite because I worked through lunch. After I pad for my sandwich the manager was training a new employee. I completely understand it takes a while to get people up to speed. I even understand letting them practice while you have live customers. I have issue when I come to a place solely for their quick service and it take more than 5 to 10 minutes to get the sub when I’ve walked in before and gotten it in literally under 2 minutes. Instead of complaining and whining I just left without my food, left without saying a word. I just wanted to eat. I’m not really angry about the time. It’s that the manager could’ve mentioned in the beginning that “hey, I’m training a new employee, it may take longer than usual, are you ok with that?” in which case I would’ve told him time is of the essence as I have a meeting in 10 minutes and I’d appreciate it if he made it quickly and let her practice on the customers who had more time. But no. It would be nice if he or the new employee apologized for the time. But they kept ignoring me and talking like the customer didn’t pay for a good and expect it in a timely manner in accordance to the infamous motto of the establishment. My discontent really comes from service industry employees demanded more wages but not on a consistent basis acknowledging/ respecting good/regular patrons; but turning around and kissing the butt of people who make scenes and scream at you. It was only lost but I’m tired of this happening. I guarantee that myself and all 150 ppl at my firm who order regularly from there will not be doing business there again. All he had to do was treat me decently. I’m sure they’ll be fine though, they don’t need our business. And that’s the attitude that keeps members of the service industry in lower wages. I’m not trying to be a dick, not trying to get anything free. I just wish for once there would be someone in a restaurant that could show me why exactly they should earn 15/hr. Still love the product Jimmy Johns, just can’t deal with the unintentional disrespect of my patronage."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. It was our first time there and the cashier wasn’t inviting it welcoming at all. We ordered our sandwiches and sat to wait for them. While waiting for about 10 minutes we noticed not one employee washed their hands. Not only that but there was a tall guy with a short beard that came from the back and looked like he may have been packaging a larger order. He yawned into his hand rubbed his face picked his beard and drank his water out a water bottle. After that he proceeded to the Togo window where he was yawning more, being that I am a GM at a good establishment I can’t help but watch the cleanliness and sanitation. I kept saying at a low tone please wash your hands please wash your hands just hoping that’s where he was going next but NOPE not one time did an employee wash their hands. The cashier was slicing onions took his gloves off moved some stuff around went to put the onions up cake back and just put on new gloves. Serve safe says you must wash your hands when changing gloves. When is the last time they had an inspection is all I could think. We get home and because we paid $28 for these sandwiches we attempted to eat them. No surprise they were horrible and sloppy and bread taste stale ? We won’t go back and I know two customers don’t hurt the bottom line but CLEANLINESS should be priority. I hope they do better and please tell the tall white fella if he touches his face or yawns into his hands he should really wash them ??"

However, the portion I received was surprisingly minimal, almost laughable compared to what I expected. "I do like Jimmy John's, but this location seemed to me above average. Surface parking by meter is nearby and the walk up was free of debris. There is a patio to enjoy your sandwich alfresco. Counter service was friendly by the young staff. I was with my family, so total of four customers. The process was smooth and the order accurate. I did chat briefly with the manager. The dining room and restroom was clean. Our sandwiches were prepared quickly for dine in. Soda is self serve as it is at all JJ locations. Everyone liked what they had. Mine was a Cesar variety and tasty. The staff had prepared a large catering order, so do keep in mind they offer. Great experience."

"Every time I order from here something isn't right on the order. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered two country clubs, added onion, cut in half, specified napkins on both subs. Neither sub was cut, one didn't any have tomato or onion and no napkins in the bag. It doesn't do any good to be fresk fast if the order is not made correctly. If this was a rare occurrence I wouldn't even review it but I stopped ordering some time ago because it was always a pain to not get what you ordered and then have to call and complain or deal with it. I ordered last week and it was spot on except for forgetting to cut it in half. So today I decided to order again and it was a huge miss. If the order isn't accurate how fast you make it doesn't matter.Edit: reduced to one star because I filled out the little thing the corporate rep sent me and was supposed to be contacted by store and they never contacted me."

"I work nearby and visit this restaurant frequently for lunch. I've never had any problems during all my visits. I often see staff quickly coming and going with deliveries, so I find it hard to believe the reviews that mention long wait times for delivery. I typically place my order online to skip the crowds, and my sandwich is always prepared quickly and exactly to my specifications. Whenever I go to pick up my order, I'm greeted and thanked, no matter how busy they are."

"It used to be great but this is the second time that my food has not been delivered. I’ve been calling this location for the past hour 10 times and I have not been answered. The first time that I had this issue, like a month ago, I called and a Jimmy John’s representative told me that my food was delivered to someone else and to check with my neighbor, like COVID is not a “thing”. Then they said it was given to a white lady on the other side of the road. At first they didn’t want to give me back my money or deliver the food again. But I insisted since it was not my fault and they were able to deliver it. This time I went to my neighbors to confirm to see if they made the same mistake but it was actually a black lady who opened the door. Like seriously I always order from this location and never had complaints until now. Really poor customer service. They have definitely lost me as their client."

"This location is super close to my office, I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes- prob eaten food from this spot at least 50 times. I'm always getting the #16 club lulu with extra tomato- the folks that work here are cool and welcoming. BUTTTT Gotta knock them off 1 star because the last few times the bacon has been realllll chewy and had to take it off the sandwich... So 4 stars, whoever runs this location- please figure out what happened to your bacon guys!"
