"I discovered bugs in my food, which was extremely disappointing. I reached out to the company via email, but after two weeks, all they did was ask me to fill out a survey—definitely not an appropriate response to the situation. Having also noticed two errors in my order, I've decided that I won't be going back to the Jimmy John's in Jonesboro. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children."
