"I placed and paid for an order fifteen minutes before my lunch. I went to pick up the order but it wasn't there. Mr. Rude stop making sandwiches and tried to cause a scene because I didn't bring my cellphone with me, with proof of the order. Telling me that he wasn't going to have me speak to him in that way...not sure what way he was referring to since I only spoke to him when he asked how I placed my order. Seeing brown skin makes some people go on the offense. It's OK, Mr. Rude; I will not patronize Jimmy John's again because your words were void but the manner in which you delivered them screamed racism and were very apparent."

"I placed an online order and went to pick it up, but I immediately noticed some unhappy customers already there. When I got home, I realized that most of my order was incorrect, so I drove back for a 20-minute trip to retrieve sandwiches that had rock-hard bread. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. Save your money and make a sandwich at home; it would be a thousand times better than what I got here."

"This was my first visit to this restaurant and I was very impressed! I really enjoyed my sandwich, which was generously filled with meat. I decided to add bacon, although I wish it had been a bit crispier, as I prefer it extra crispy. I ordered the #9 sandwich and adding bacon cost an extra $2.59, which was a little pricey but not a big deal. I opted for the Kickin ranch dressing, which was delicious and the perfect complement to my sandwich. I loved being able to dip my sandwich into the dressing and every bite was even more enjoyable. It would have been nice to be able to choose a different type of bread for the sandwich, but the white bread was still tasty. The sandwich was quite large, so I ended up saving half for later. The oatmeal cookie tasted homemade and the simply lemonade was refreshing and light, giving off an old school vibe. The bathrooms were clean and the staff were all fantastic. They were very helpful and knowledgeable."

"Shadiest most expensive sandwich shop I've ever been to. Ordered a $16.95 sub?Asked to replace turkey instead of capicola young man at register said okay then when I got home and looked at my receipt, I was charged an extra $3.18 for 3 paper thin slices of turkey. When I called to ask why they said they had to charge for the extra meat... I replied it's not extra meat I replaced one meat for another he stated that they have no way to change it in the computer. I replied maybe you should let the customer know next time instead of trying to sneak that extra $3 in on an already overpriced $17 sub this is the third and final time I will ever go to that Jimmy John's I usually give them a shot once a year to see if anything has changed and not to my surprise it has not the only thing that has changed are higher prices. less product and 50/50 customer service at best. And the kicker is I left a $5 tip.... (young lady who made the Subs had a nice attitude)"

"The Fudge Chocolate Brownie is absolutely the best I've ever had—so moist and delicious! It should come with a warning: it might be addictive! The Country Club Sandwich on French bread was incredibly fresh and tasty. This is why I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. The quality of their food is outstanding, which is why I keep coming back!"

"I've had three very disappointing experiences at this JJ's location and I can confidently say that I will no longer support this business. They often run out of bread or serve bread that is old, hard, and stale. Furthermore, they frequently lack the paper needed to wrap sandwiches, and they claim they can't fulfill your order until another employee returns with supplies from a location over 30 minutes away. I've heard every excuse you can think of. They assured me they would credit my account for my next order to my phone number, but that promise was never fulfilled. They even offered me a card for a free sandwich, which ended up being an expired voucher. At this rate, I don't foresee them remaining in business for much longer."

"Jimmy John's is an excellent spot for a quick meal. They are incredibly fast and always serve fresh food. I really enjoy dining at Jimmy John's—not just because of the complimentary aromas, but also due to the wonderful staff working there. "I really like Jimmy John's, but this location needs some improvement. After giving them multiple chances, I’ve decided to skip this spot from now on. The drive-thru speaker is barely audible and needs to be fixed or adjusted for better volume. When I placed my order, the cashier handed me a cup that was dripping with soda and had the audacity to be rude when I asked her to clean it off. Once I got home, the sandwich I ordered without lettuce or tomatoes had both of them inside. The lettuce was soggy, and the crust of the bread was rock hard. The person who made and wrapped my sandwich did a poor job. I had to fix it up before taking a bite because I can’t stand when food looks messy—it’s just not appetizing. The Jimmy John's on Markham is so much better."

"I placed my order at 2:46 PM and tipped the driver in advance. Now, it's 3:30 PM—44 minutes later—and I still don't have my Jimmy John's. This location is definitely not as fast as any other places I've ordered from; it's the slowest I've experienced. I’m only 0.5 miles away, and I would have walked, but it's too cold outside. "The good: Sandwiches are fresh and flavorful, service is brisk, price is reasonable. The not so good: The previous two visits I used the drive-thru and ordered the#5 Vito. On the first visit I clearly asked for 3 extra oil vinegar. The response was, Of course! Upon leaving I noticed that I was only given 1. The second time I made the same request, though this time I asked the attendant handing me my food if the extra o v were in the bag. He replied, Oh, sorry, handed me one small cup (with perhaps a tablespoon 's worth), and proceeded to slide the window closed as I was speaking to him. Today, while eating in the dining area, a quick glance at the large menu shows that under the Freebies heading, Oil Vinegar are clearly listed. Hey, Jimmy John 's, how about loosening your grip on the oil and vinegar?"

"We really like this Jimmy John's because it's convenient, but we've had a couple of issues. They forgot to include the two cookies we paid for, which was a huge disappointment after coming home. On a positive note, the sandwich and chips were fantastic! However, during our last order, we had some trouble as well. We modified the original sandwich in the app, but it still didn’t come out right. I had requested no tomatoes or lettuce, but with extra pickles and mustard, and everything was included as it originally was, which was really frustrating. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the app not registering the specific instructions or if they just overlooked it, but this definitely needs to be addressed. Despite these hiccups, we really enjoy the food, so overall it was still a decent experience."

"Not all sub shops and restaurants are alike. Jimmy John's sets itself apart with fresh ingredients and superior taste. The only downside to the Florence location is the downtown setting, which can make parking difficult. However, the delicious sandwiches make it worth the inconvenience. Jimmy John's cold sandwiches are unmatched, especially in the Shoals area. Another location would be great, but the quality of their food makes the parking hassle worth it."

"They are very rude and disrespectful employees! Every time i go in the store they give me the dirtiest looks! 10 minutes ago i went to the jimmy johns restaurant to use the restroom and was asked if i was buying anything. "Jimmy John's probably serves some of the best sandwiches and subs around, with truly excellent bread. This location is nice but can be a bit tricky to find when driving—if you're heading west, look for it just past the Gaston Vet on the right side. Exiting can be challenging, especially if you need to turn left (east) toward Charlotte. Their hours may be limited, so it’s best to check their current menu and hours directly rather than relying on Google. On a recent visit, we arrived about 15 minutes before closing at 6 PM and noticed the staff was already winding down. Although we ordered takeout, they appeared quite tired, and one sandwich ingredient was out, probably due to the shorter hours. Still, we appreciated their service, and our sandwich was prepared quickly and tasted fantastic. Thanks for the great meal, Jimmy John's!"

"This is my favorite sandwich shop in the area! The service is remarkably quick, and the staff is very friendly. The roast beef sandwich, known as #2 Big John, comes with mayo, lettuce, and tomato on French bread; it’s delicious and always fresh. I also highly recommend the tuna sandwich, #3 Totally Tom, which features mayo, cucumber, and tomato on French bread—it's another wonderful choice. They have a variety of chips and Coca-Cola products available too. While they do have indoor seating, keep in mind that there is no outdoor seating. I've also ordered catering from them and have had a fantastic experience every time!"

"My husband and I have been fans of Jimmy John's in Florida for years, but after moving to Acworth, we were really disappointed with the subs at this location. There seems to be hardly any meat on them! My husband even visited another location in Georgia recently and mentioned that they offered a lot more meat there. Unfortunately, it seems like we only get sad little sandwiches at the Acworth store. The last time I went there, which was a while ago, I ordered my sub and sat down to eat. After taking a few bites, I decided I wanted some paprika on it, so I went up to the counter to ask for some on the side. The employee told me he couldn't give it to me and insisted that he had to put it directly on the sub. He also mentioned that the woman he had spoken to, who was the owner, was quite strict about these kinds of requests and looked at me like he was going to get in trouble. After that experience, I decided I wouldn’t eat at this restaurant again, and I haven’t. Now, I get my subs from Jersey Mike’s and Firehouse, which are far better, and I don’t miss Jimmy John's at all!"

"Seriously, why does this place taste so much more fresh and cleaner than other chain sub places?! I can literally watch an employee chop a new lettuce head at Subway and it still doesn’t taste as fresh as this place, where I walk in and they are carving and shaving fresh meats. It’s wild. And I Love this place! Also, Horray for a lettuce wrapped option that’s as big and fat as a sub with bread!! Seriously, if you are trying to eat a little cleaner, try the veggie UNWICH, it’s a veggie sub with no bread and wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaves. Sooooooo refreshing. I like to remove the cheese and Mayo. Veggies are kinda wet and wet Mayo is like messy white water running all over the place with every bite, I recommend a heavier condiment like jimmy mustard. It comes with a gauc spread which is lovely, and I like to add the hot jimmy peppers which are tastier than a jalapeño to me. Also, if you are living life on the edge and eating it all, the gargantuan club is AMAZING. It’s literally a giant sub with it all and then some. I learned from a chef a long time ago that when it comes to toppings less is more when done right, so when craving some meat I like the hunters club which is so flavorful in all the right ways and perfect the way it comes with a few add ons like jimmy peppers. NOTE: If you are gonna try the unwich, check out the rules for eating it that I’ve attached. It’s important ?Vegetarian options: YES! get the veggie unwich with no cheese or Mayo for vegans. It comes with guac and you can add peppers and extra veggies too. It’s heaven and as big and fat as a bread sub. Also they make a mean veggie sub and their bread is soooooo good and fresh."

"I had the worst experience with the service at this restaurant. They failed to deliver my food at the promised time, and when I tried to follow up, no one answered the phone for 40 minutes after I was told my order was ready. Frustrated, I drove to the location only to find my order just sitting on the counter. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was only able to reach an assistant manager who wouldn’t provide the contact information for a real supervisor or corporate office to help resolve my issue. Additionally, I had previously requested a cancellation of an earlier order during the week due to a lack of drivers, but I still haven't received my refund for that order. This has been a complete waste of my time and money. I will never order from this place again; I feel disrespected and thoroughly disappointed."

"I placed an order on the app from this location. One sandwich, 45 minutes later I still didn’t have my food. I called the location they told me to wait another 10 minutes! I said ok np! 15 minutes after that, I look outside to make sure the driver is not outside before I call again, my cold cut sandwich was left outside my door in a 90 degree weather. I didn’t know how long it had sat outside so I called the store and told them what had happen, they said they will refund me, few minutes later, she calls me back and says the driver will come and pick up the sandwich, I said np I was throwing it away anyway. He comes back, I ask him if he was the one to deliver it, he said yes, so I asked him why would u leave a cold cut sandwich outside in this weather. He said that he rang the door bell, I was sitting on my couch waiting for him to come, he didn’t ring the door bell. And added that he is not required to call me on my phone, so he left it outside. Worst experience with jimmy johns I have had. Worst location! Jimmy johns always calls if the door bell is not answered for whatever reason. And this driver had the guts to lie to my face and say he delivered it 15 minutes after I ordered it! Never again from this location. Mistakes happen and I understand, but the way a business handles it when these mistakes happen is everything. Lying to my face and saying he brought it 15 minutes after I ordered it is not ok. When it was almost an hour later and everything is clear on the app."
