I truly appreciate the friendliness of the staff, especially the woman at the front. Thank you for making my day so delightful!

What can I say? I've never had a bad sandwich here. I usually place my order and they’re always pretty quick. They give a generous portion of meat, and the bread is fantastic. They are a bit pricey, but I don’t mind paying for a quality product.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to the excellent staff and service. I've dined here twice, and on both occasions, I was assisted by different employees who were all extremely courteous and respectful. I have now converted my Subway loving daughter to a fan of Jimmy John's! She told me she don't want Subway anymore, anytime we get sandwiches she wants you guys! So thank you for an excellent eatery and for being so stupid fast! Makes me happy when I don't have to wait a long time for my food! Keep on rocking it out, and hope you all have a Merry Christmas!

When I first moved to Little Rock, this restaurant could have used a little more charm, but my experience today was exceptional! Thank you, Ariel, for being your amazing self, and please extend my gratitude to your colleague as well. I can't recall her name, but I'm talking about the delightful young lady with the black lipstick. Both of you made my evening truly special with your uplifting energy!

I called to order a sandwich delivered to our hotel room last February, but was told they were out of bread. Really? They serve sandwiches. In June, we were in town again and gave them another try. However, to deliver just one sandwich to our room would cost at least $10, meaning we'd have to spend at least $20 for two sandwiches, not including drinks or anything else. No thanks. I went to this restaurant to pick up food for someone and observed the food preparation process. I noticed that the woman on the line touched her phone, opened the front door, went outside, and then returned to continue preparing the food. When I mentioned my concerns about cross-contamination, I was met with a defensive attitude. While I'm glad she took the time to wash her hands and change her gloves, I still wouldn't have felt comfortable eating there. If it had been my food, I would have asked for a refund. I’m definitely turned off from this place as a potential customer.

Jimmy John’s consistently offers fresh and tasty sandwiches. Both the bread and meat have always tasted remarkably fresh. I also tried a chicken wrap, which was delicious. However, I do wish they would manage to leave out the onions when I specifically request no onions on my sandwich. I've noticed that the drive-thru line has been taking a lot longer than it used to, making it frustrating to place my order and receive my food. It seems like they might be having difficulty hearing us, just as we struggle to hear them through the broken speaker. I really like Jimmy John's, but this location needs some improvement. After giving them multiple chances, I’ve decided to skip this spot from now on. The drive-thru speaker is barely audible and needs to be fixed or adjusted for better volume. When I placed my order, the cashier handed me a cup that was dripping with soda and had the audacity to be rude when I asked her to clean it off. Once I got home, the sandwich I ordered without lettuce or tomatoes had both of them inside. The lettuce was soggy, and the crust of the bread was rock hard.
