"The drive-thru deserves only 2 stars because it often moves at a snail's pace, resulting in long lines. However, the dining area earns a solid 5 stars. I love bringing my family here to enjoy the indoor play area; it's always tidy and never crowded. The decor and technology are modern and well-maintained. If they could improve their speed, I believe this place would attract even more customers."

"The staff here is very friendly and hardworking! Even though they were overwhelmed with orders, they managed everything with grace. The only downside was that a few items in my order were incorrect or missing. This is not typical for this location, and given how busy they were, I can understand the slip-up. I still highly recommend this place, as they usually get orders right and are consistently friendly and helpful!"

"Great food. Service is moderate, but I think it was because it was busy and maybe shorthand. The corn beef hash with rye toast was excellent. I just ate breakfast here and there is a sign on the door that says because of the price increase, add $4.00 to every steak on the menu. I recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be back."

"quite standard for a Macd’s with a take and that’s that their pommes are always on point. not even I had done under or cold pommes. we had a bad customer experience, but above all because they often check customer-specific food items as always before they eat or go. this would normally mean a 3* or less, but as I said, their riders are worth the bump in the assessment."

"This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff is consistently super friendly, and the service is quick and efficient. I’ve never had any issues with my meals. I typically only go there when I see how the drive-thru lines wrap around the building, unless it's a Chick-fil-A, but I have to say that the drive-thru experience here is honestly just as good as Chick-fil-A in my opinion. I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic the staff is at this location."

"This location is a joke first time having McDonald’s in years and my sandwich had random spices in it. Called there and manager seemed dumb founded. Offered me to come back when that just wasn’t an option. Fast forward 3 months later and another terrible experience. Went to get food for kids, said fries would take another two minutes. Okay. "Very unprofessional staff that switched off the internet switch twice during my visit. I don't always order food as soon as I get to the restaurant. Sometimes I'll be fine when hungry. Staff don't want anyone in their restaurant unless you're a paying customer. On 1/28/23 I sat at the dining table where my phone was loaded. An employee switched the internet switch on the wall from w/out note. I'm asking you to call it back. An employee turned off soon afterwards. Since the staff is barely in advance, I switched on the switch again. An employee turns off when he turns off AGAIN. I asked AGAIN nicely that it was switched on and said, My manager said to turn it off. I already ordered food at this point and was a PAYING CUSTOMER. This location makes customers unwilling. They even have combination locks on bathroom doors. The staff is barely in the register, so customers need to speak loud and stand for a long time before they are noticed. Spend your money at Starbucks, which is more inviting."

"Problems always this McDonald's. So I come to this McDonald's to find that supposedly the systems down. This newly built McDonald's always has problems or is out of something! "You have got to be kidding!. I stop at the Bricktown McDonalds on my lunch hour, I arrive at wait in the first line about mins. It does not move, so I move another line, I wait in that line for about mins with only one customer in front of me. I place my order and give the McDonald employee my CC, he then tells me that he only takes cash and that I would have to get into another line. He then turned to another customer as if I was not there. I interrupted him and asked to see a manager. He stated he was the Manager and then turn his attention back to the next customer. Thirty plus mins and nothing to show for it."

"For as long as I can remember, I've had nothing good to say about my service at McDonald's. With that being said, this location is finally restored some of my faith in the McDonald's name. I came here to order lunch, and after realizing the lobby was closed, I called the number on the door. A lady by the name of Jen answered the phone oh, and I explained to her that I was unable to use the drive-through because the trailer that I use for work was too wide to safely fit. I asked if I could place an order over the phone, and she instructed me to step into the lobby to take my order instead. She was courteous and polite, and as a result anytime I am working in this area this will now be my stop for lunch."

"We pulled into the drive-thru, selected our items from the menu, and waited patiently. Despite four cars in the other lane receiving service, we remained ignored. Eventually, we had to call out to get the attention of the employee, who seemed annoyed at the interruption. We placed our order, but it was clear that they were not listening. It was a frustrating experience and we regretted our decision to visit this restaurant. "This McDonald's is awful! We ordered a McDouble, 10 McNuggets, a Big Mac, a Big Fry, and a McChicken. To start, everything we received was cold. I know it's McDonald's, but that's pretty unacceptable. Secondly, both the McDouble and McChicken had an unexpected amount of ketchup and mayonnaise that made them difficult to enjoy. I understand they have a business to run, but every time we get food from here, it's the worst experience. Additionally, we tried to call for assistance, but no one answered. I really suggest you avoid this place for any of your food needs."

"From the moment we entered McDonald's, the staff seemed to have an issue with my children sitting and behaving. My daughter was even asked to leave her wallet unsupervised in the restroom. We arrived on January 27th and a worker took a picture of my children for no apparent reason. Despite pretending to clean tables, they refused to clean our table. When we were told we had to buy something, we were fine with that. But then our order was refused and the police were called on us. The only reason given was that they did not want us there. Why does an establishment in 2023 in America have the right to refuse service without any valid reason? The police officer's response was dismissive, telling us to leave if we were not wanted there. This is the reality of being black in OKC. Color still matters, despite what some may say."
