"I ordered two subs for pickup on a weeknight, and I was not only disappointed but truly shocked by the poor quality of the food and the lack of service from the staff, including the owner—I'm not even sure who it was. The regular Italian sub was inedible; it had no flavor whatsoever, the bread was terrible, and despite requesting it without mayonnaise, it was slathered on. The toppings were not fresh, which is simply unacceptable.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I was ignored for several minutes by the person at the counter, despite there being no other customers in the restaurant. Eventually, I had to make my way to the refrigerator myself to find my food—still no acknowledgment from the staff. Additionally, the pizza on display looked old and dry, which made it unappealing.
I won't be returning anytime soon, but I hope things improve for them in the future."
