"My family’s been living in Saugus for 20+ years. We’ve been ordering from Hong Kong express since they open! Never not once had an issue! Until today, we ordered a PuPu plater for 3, the delivery is always quick with them and never an issue, we pay, get the food bring it inside, open the bag and pull everything out, we notice we’re missing a few items that normally come in the meal. So I call to let them know and they lady is hesitant and tells me “send picture” to the number she spells out to me. I send picture of the food and she texts me back saying “girl put order right” I wasn’t asking for money back just wanted the items we were missing. Never got our food, never got a response. Told them we were good with there services. Couldn’t believe they didn’t help us. Food is great but customer service is horrible."
