"The food is always very good. The ambiance is fine some things could be updated renovated, but I understand they’ve been in the same location for awhile. The waiters are always nice and efficient and the older gentleman who I think is the owner is always kind. However, when ordering take out, the older woman at the desk can be nasty sometimes. When I asked if the sauce I requested was in the bag, she got very nasty and had a bad attitude. This is a “no no.” A simple question doesn’t require a nasty attitude, especially if you want to keep your customers returning. Either way, we will always return because the food is yummy and you get a very good quantity. Someone just needs to speak to that lady."

The best Chinese food I ever tasted in the USA. The atmosphere is very elegant and authentic, too. Uniformed gentleman serves you with recommendation for food.Even jasmine tea was the best ever. Also very clean bathroom~!

I have been going to this restaurant for 30 years. The food is consistently good but the service and ambiance isn’t great anymore. Usually only one harried waiter who is not personable at all. The people at the front desk are brusque and not particularly helpful. Thrrr is often a group if employees at the front talking loudly. I keep going because the food is good , but the experience is far from fine dining. Hope this changes

Tried to call to do a pick up order and the lady who answered the phone wouldn’t take our order over the phone and kept asking if we were sure we called the right location. She told us to go inside and order because she still didn’t believe we called the right restaurant? Obviously we know what location we called, we were outside the restaurant ready to pick up. We have ordered before and the food is delicious but it’s sad that the person answering the phone is rude.
