"Great Food, Terrible Customer Service**I've been to Braum's twice now, and while the food never disappoints, the customer service leaves much to be desired. During my recent visit, I utilized the drive-thru, and from the get-go, it was clear the staff were not up to par. The employee taking my order seemed impatient and audibly sighed as I took a moment to decide. When I reached the window, there was confusion about my order, leading to further delays. Additionally, a simple request for ranch seemed to provoke unnecessary frustration from the staff. To top it off, they didn't have ketchup, which is a basic condiment that one would expect a fast-food restaurant to have readily available. While Braum's food is consistently delicious, the disappointing service at this location makes it hard to overlook."
