"Great Food, Terrible Customer Service**I've been to Braum's twice now, and while the food never disappoints, the customer service leaves much to be desired. During my recent visit, I utilized the drive-thru, and from the get-go, it was clear the staff were not up to par. The employee taking my order seemed impatient and audibly sighed as I took a moment to decide. When I reached the window, there was confusion about my order, leading to further delays. Additionally, a simple request for ranch seemed to provoke unnecessary frustration from the staff. To top it off, they didn't have ketchup, which is a basic condiment that one would expect a fast-food restaurant to have readily available. While Braum's food is consistently delicious, the disappointing service at this location makes it hard to overlook."

I try to give second and third chances, but unfortunately, Braums has lost me.. the fries are never fresh and salty everything, then When I ask for made to order fries and pulled up to wait for them, they still not fresh as if they dropped them back in the grease ugh.

I went Wednesday night and it was 9:45 not even time to closed and the guy was so rude to us and every other customer he had a big attitude. Braums needs to do better in hiring people y’all need people that gives good service. He should be fired he wears glasses and he was he’s ear pierced.

I informed them that this wasn’t my salad; I had ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad. The server went to check and returned with the same box of lettuce, now topped with a piece of chicken, informing me that they were out of the strawberry salad. I wish DQ is open this morning. So I don’t have a horrible customer service experience. I just get my beacons order for this morning. I’m the very first customer to order and they are not open at 6am. I have to knock the door and the two girls at the shop are unpleasant. I noticed that many negative comments focused on the customer service, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. I ordered the single dip brownie fudge sundae, and it was fantastic. The balance of ice cream, brownie, and toppings was just right. However, I had to rate my experience 3 stars because of the service.
