"Eat: I have the captain crunch cornflakes pancake and was very excited about how I had heard great things about it. unfortunately the pancakes did not meet these expectations. the pancakes were only average pancakes and they put up capitious crunchy chalks. the pasture itself was stale, which makes no sense. the hash brown were well cooked, but under seasoned service: everyone was really friendly. it was clear, however, a busy and underoccupied day and it took forever that we could get water or even place a job. eating came quite fast, but our drinks actually came out after eating and we had ordered drinks before eating. prices: the prices of the food and drink were quite reasonable, especially in view of the given food content. overall it just didn't hit all hype."

"We dined at this restaurant for the first time for Father's Day. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. It felt upscale in decor and atmosphere and the full-bar area looked like a place I'd like to return to. Service was very good also. Everyone was impressed with their meals and we had an enjoyable time. Would definitely return."

"Today I was reminded don 't judge a book by its cover... I have walked by and driven by this restaurant multiple times. I have even heard live music when walking by (at least twice) but never decided to dine here until today and I 'm so glad that I made the choice to do so.When we walked up to the restaurant, 2 men greeted us (after we were seated inside we saw that they were musicians); when we entered, I surveyed the restaurant slowly looking for signage or something to try and figure out if we should seat ourselves but as we made our way to the rear seating section, a waitress asked if we were dining in we were so she advised us to seat ourselves. Once seated she came to our table with menus; it didn 't take long for us to order. We both ordered Pomegranate lemonade to drink and for our main dishes my hubby ordered the fish and grits and I ordered a veggie omelette with cheese, which came with a side of home fries and I added a side of turkey bacon (requested to be cooked well) and my hubby also ordered a side of French toast. Everything was delicious and yes, I sampled his food too (lol)! My favorite was the fish (he ordered Whiting; Swai was also an option). The texture and flavor of the fish was perfect; the grits were already seasoned (to our liking). The veggie omelette was good but I should 've said light on the cheese because it was a tad too cheesy for me but it was still very good. The turkey bacon was also cooked per my request and the home fries were also a good texture and seasoned to my satisfaction. Almost forgot the French toast, which was very flavorful. Last, shortly after we ordered the band began to play I think they played a 30 45 minute set, which sounded great.Based on the service, the prices, the taste of the food and the entertainment, I WILL be back!"

"CHANGE THE NAME TO UNCIVIC DELI. The deli counter staff need numerous lessons in civics or even basic civility and politeness, as their attitude is often served alongside their overpriced fare. They stone-faced short order cooks behind the counter are rude and ignore you unless you practically jump up and down. The words please and thank you have never left their hostile lips. They obviously served time in the past, as the atmosphere is reminiscent of a prison food line straight from the TV show Oz. Furthermore, they have the audacity to charge $15 or $16 dollars for sandwiches and overcharge for other food items. While their food is decent, their prices and bad attitude keep me away and I suggest you all follow suit."

"Been going here for 4 years now. Thing have gone downhill fast. Last 3 visit have been very long waits. Over 1 1/2 hour after ordering breakfast food and still hadn't received it. Ended up paying for the coffees and leaving. As we left people paying said they waited 2 hrs. I'm sorry but whomever is running the place has lost their passion and it shows. Another issue I had I watched a kitchen staff employee go to the restroom with a kitchen towel over his shoulder. Then came out same towel and walk right in the kitchen."

"We stopped by Grandma 's for a quick breakfast while our pup was at the Dog Groomer in Hillsborough Township. Had we not used the GPS and Google Mapped the Building to get an idea of what it looked like, we would have passed right by this adorably quaint, happenin ' little coffeeshop.I wanted to test the basic skill set of this cute snack shack, so I went with my regular: Egg whites, Turkey Swiss, S+P on a Roll. The man got Porkroll, Egg Cheese with (2) Hash browns. I snatched us a table to dine 'Al Fresco ' and he waited inside for our orders. With at least four other customers ahead of us, our orders were ready in less than 10 minutes. Impressive! I take a bite of the hash brown first. Super crispy, super flavorful, not over-salted or over-seasoned; Puts McDonald 's Hash browns to shame. I took a bite of my sandwich and I was impressed. Egg whites can get dry very quickly and these were very tender and moist. The cheese and turkey were abundant; just as I like. I was thrilled with my breakfast. Both of our sandwiches, hash browns and Snapples were about $20. With tip, it was $25.Next time we pass by, we 're definitely going to stop in for something more adventurous."

"I had breakfast here every day from October 22 to 27, 2022, while traveling from Puerto Rico to Brooklyn. I had just lost my son, and this place became very special to me during that difficult time. The food was delicious, the employees were extremely courteous, and it provided a peaceful atmosphere where I could eat and regain the energy I needed to face the day. Thank you for your wonderful service. I just wish you could send me some blueberry muffins to Puerto Rico—they're the best I've ever had! And those sandwiches were fantastic as well."

"I wouldn’t quite rate this place a 5 for the bacon, eggs, home fries, and coffee I had, but it’s close. However, I am giving it a 5 for the excellent customer service and the delightful atmosphere of the venue. It's somewhat tucked away by the river, which allows you to enjoy watching herons and egrets as you approach the entrance. Everyone here makes you feel welcome. This restaurant has been in business for 34 years, originally established by Pat Snead (don’t miss the car-themed decor!)."

"Wow, just wow! What can I say? The owners are on-site and incredibly friendly. I’m visiting from Ohio and decided to try this place after seeing all the great reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I usually prefer to browse the menu before ordering at the counter, but the staff really helped guide me to a fantastic choice and even refilled my coffee before I reached the three-quarter mark—by the way, the coffee was delicious! Everything was truly five-star quality. Parking was a bit tricky, as the meters didn't work and it prompted me to download an app. However, there’s a garage across the street that offers an hour of free parking, which I would recommend. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use it this time because I had bikes on the roof of my van."

"The food at this restaurant is quite good, but the prices are somewhat steep. I value that it's a small family-run business and want to support them, but the additional $3 to $4 per item feels excessive. If you don’t speak Spanish, you might feel a bit unwelcome, as they often treat you as if you're inferior. The female cashier, in particular, has been quite rude and consistently gives me attitude and unpleasant looks during my visits. It's a shame because their fresh juices are truly excellent; it’s really just the customer service and some of the pricing that could use improvement."
