"Found Lite Bites on Google while looking for something away from all the overpriced cafes closer to Bedford Ave. We walked over around 8am and were warmly greeted by the woman taking orders. The place was already filling up with customers. We placed our breakfast sandwich orders and sat down. Within five minutes or so the woman brought us our order. We both ordered the veggie omelet sandwich on English muffins. The sandwiches were delicious; they were freshly made and not overly greasy like most places make them. Price wise it was very reasonable and overall a great experience we'll be back soon!"

"This Tortas Morelos is not what I used to love. Unfortunately, it has changed ownership, and the dishes no longer compare to what the previous owners created. We decided to order from here for the last time today. The chicken tacos were extremely dry and lacked the seasoning they used to have. My husband found his burrito bland and also lacking in flavor. The fries were disappointing; they seemed stale and were hard. I ended up throwing away two tacos because they were so dry and not worth the calories."

"Went in to order a few slices and the staff seemed like they didn’t want to help me.. finally, when I finally tell them what I want, they ignore me and keep working.. i wait for my order, then the guy with the hat comes out and asked me what I ordered. I tell him, he asks his staff and they say something in Spanish and then the guy with the hat starts acting rude and screaming for me to pay.. very unprofessional.. very unwelcoming feeling.. definitely not going back there.."

"First, I 'd like to say that my wife and I have been coming here off and on for several years, and we 've always enjoyed our experience. Today, however, was and is a different story. Our waitress was personable and warm, and she took care of us promptly. Food wasn 't quite up to par from what we remember, but here 's what 's *really* bothering me: the host and bussers are some of the most unimpressive, inexperienced, non-personable people I 've ever seen in the food service industry, and here 's why... No smile. No Hey, good morning, how are ya . No uniform. The kid 's pants were hanging down over his rear end, and he had zero physical indicators that he even worked there. One of the bussers was eating her breakfast (ive never, in all my years working in the food service industry, eaten my meal at the beginning of my shift while on the clock. Such disrespect. while people were standing at the door waiting for clean tables. (There were at least 4 or 5 unoccupied tables directly surrounding me that I would 've been more than happy to have filled with paying customers Overall, if I was FOH manager here, things would be drastically different, and the standard would return. These kids these days really don 't know what it takes to impress people. We 'll be back, but I 'd hope that staffing is different when we return, or at least better trained and kept in line."

The sandwiches are made with Boar's Head meats, guaranteeing a delicious and satisfying meal. The name change doesn't affect the exceptional service, which is friendly and attentive. "a lot of customer service! do not order by eating or digging. they said he was finished at 1045, and when I was there at 1055, they said they had not done my order yet. I asked if they could hurry, as I could not wait, or just a bagel instead of a sandwich, etc. they said it would take 15-20 minutes for my order, and I could not wait that long, but they left me still paying for the food I did not receive. the employees dispute, there was clearly no good management or know how to do the job, they were rude for the customers. would not recommend this place at all."

"I am not sure what happened to this place.. used to be good but now I don't think Ill return. Terrible customer service. I ordered 4 sandwiches.. all 4 were made incorrectly. While they apologized they refused to provide a refund. I was unable to return as we were on the road traveling when we realized that the sandwiches were incorrect. they were more than willing to lose a long time customer over $14.00. Very poor customer service. I see that I am not the only one that has had this experience. I will be going to Our Town Bagels In Mahopac from now on... at this point I would recommend the same to anyone in the area."

"I placed a straightforward order for orange juice with no ice and a croissant with just a little butter, but they couldn't get it right. Every time I visit or call, I make simple requests, yet they never manage to fulfill them correctly. I'm not sure if it's due to poor customer service or if they just do things their own way. I wouldn't recommend trying this place—it's simply not worth it."

"I wanna start off by saying there's nothing wrong with the food. The hero I got was great and the guy who made it (Francisco i think) was really nice about it. But that place is SEVERELY understaffed.I was basically the only guy waiting on food in there for 25 minutes. right after i ordered the dude had to take an order on the phone and the girl was helping someone making a catering order in person.The pizza counter was completely empty for my duration there because apparently the guy who works there also does his own deliveries Which is a shame because I would have ordered from there too.Also apparently only one person can use the register there?In conclusion, Food is great, staff is friendly. But I don't think it's worth the wait, I probably won't be going there again."

"Good, not great. I 'd like to give it a 2nd try though. We stopped in for breakfast and were seated promptly, but took about 15 minutes to take our order. Very small place and kind of crowded. Kitchen appeared to be clean, cooks didn 't wear gloves or hair nets though. I had the breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, and sausage. But the forgot the cheese.. which really stunk b/c it needed it. Sausage had no flavor, no seasoning, no heat. Eggs were ok, but overcooked. I do not like scrambled eggs that are super dry. The hashbrowns were 'ok ' kind of thick cut and I like them a little more cooked not as soft. My husband had the country omelet smothered in sausage gravy, that 's what got the 4 stars, my food was 2.. his was 4. I 'd like to try it again though."

"I can't believe I didn't know about this place until now! The food surpassed my expectations (I had a grilled chicken panini with brie and pears and a southern beach salad) and it was reasonably priced. I got a huge salad for $8, which is a great deal. The best part was the exceptional service. I ordered online and received a call from the restaurant informing me that they don't usually deliver outside of the area for lunch, but they would make an exception for me this time as a courtesy. How kind is that? The food arrived quicker than expected and was incredibly delicious! The delivery person was very friendly and attractive as well."
