"I am not sure what happened to this place.. used to be good but now I don't think Ill return. Terrible customer service. I ordered 4 sandwiches.. all 4 were made incorrectly. While they apologized they refused to provide a refund. I was unable to return as we were on the road traveling when we realized that the sandwiches were incorrect. they were more than willing to lose a long time customer over $14.00. Very poor customer service. I see that I am not the only one that has had this experience. I will be going to Our Town Bagels In Mahopac from now on... at this point I would recommend the same to anyone in the area."

Went in for an egg sandwich before 130pm and was told the grill is closed. Second time in a row that has happened. Previous time they were out of rolls. That's 3 times I wanted to spend my money here and could not. Waste of time. Not coming back. .

Wishing I came here sooner because these bagels are pretty damn good. Ordered an everything bagel with chicken salad, and a pina colada smoothie. The bagels remind me of city and LI, different than the small and hard bagels I?ve gotten at other establishments. Staff was friendly.

Bagels are good, they have a wide selection of spreads, very tasty. This place is right at the point, very fast service. The staff wasn't too friendly because I just moved to the area and I'm trying out places. This is not too appealing... The coffee is also good. But if you're in a hurry and want a quick bite. A very well run establishment. Excellent customer service and the personnel move quickly. The bagels are delicious and the egg sandwiches are always top notch. The iced coffee actually tastes like coffee, not watered down like Dunkin? Donuts. The bagels are always fresh and the cream cheese options are very well-balanced. This is our go to bagel spot. They are busy, so be prepared to wait on line, but it's worth it. Egg sandwiches come with two eggs, not one like other places. The bagels are big and soft. The smoothies are delicious and they'll make whatever you want even if it's not on the menu. The ppl are friendly and if you become a regular, they'll learn your order and ask if you forgot to add something whenever you deviate from it LOL
