"Although the food was okay, I will never step foot into this establishment EVER again. Firstly, the waiter was overwhelmingly rude. Upon arriving, the two of us(my daughter and I) sat down at our table and awaited the arrival of the rest of our party( 10 people). Our reservations were for 8:15 and we kindly let our waiter know that the rest of our party would be arriving a tad bit late. To order a drink, we called our waiter over to us about 5 times before we realized he was blatantly ignoring us. The sixth time we finally got a response accompanied by a condescending smile, “I’m currently wiping these plates to serve, but after that I will come over to you. Okay?” Secondly, the sangria that we ordered was served in a water glass. I have never had sangria in a water glass. And yes, there are wine glasses at this establishment because right before we were served our drinks, a woman at the table right next to us got served her drink in a pretty little wine glass. Thirdly, we were very abruptly and harshly told that we needed to leave the restaurant by our waiter after which our party wanted a quick picture taken to commemorate the evening so we very nicely asked the waiter, “Sir, could you please take a picture of us?” In which the response from our waiter was’ “*deep sigh* I actually don’t want to take any pictures of you. You got here late and you didn’t even provide an additional tip. So, no I don’t want to take any pictures of you and I would like you to leave.” Gratuity was included because we had a large party. How much of a tip should you leave to get a picture taken in 3 seconds? Overall, my experience was ruined and I am VERY dissatisfied. My party would love to change our minds on this place because the food was not bad, but, right now, I don’t see that happening any time soon. This place should be way more full than it actually was. Maybe you should try working on your service. Service makes a restaurant what it is. Right now, this place is nothing."
