"The brisket lacked flavor, was overcooked and dry. Even the BBQ sauce couldn't save it. The potato salad was overwhelmingly mustard-flavored. The roll had a strong taste of flour, perhaps it would have been better if warmed up. The corn muffin, if you like sweet cornbread, was okay. The coleslaw was also okay and had all the typical BBQ extras."
