"We stopped by this restaurant and found the entrance challenging to navigate, with a separate entrance and exit. Just a heads up—getting to the exit requires crossing the main entrance, so be cautious of drivers who may turn left across the lane without checking for oncoming traffic. On a positive note, the food was hot and fresh. However, it was pretty much what you'd expect from McDonald's."

"We were stuck in line for WAY too long, which would have been fine except when we finally got to the speaker a lady answered the speaker and all we heard was “whatever.” With a huge sigh then a really annoyed greeting. We then get to the window and get the wrong drink. They fixed it no problem. Then we leave and realize half of our nuggets are really small and mishapen, and the food was wrong. I asked for them to add ketchup to my mcchicken which they did but they took everything else off for some reason. The fries had no salt or next to none. They only good thing was the man at the window. He was super kind and fixed the drink issue with a great attitude. I get that it’s fast food but man. I definitely won’t come back to this location when driving through."

"My child and I were left waiting in the lobby for a small strawberry shake, ice cream, and a medium fry. The manager was on duty but completely ignored us and only helped a customer who came in missing an order before going to work the drive-through. After waiting for 15 minutes, we decided to leave. The manager, Rachelda, seemed to be ignoring customers, while the other three staff members, although nice, also seemed to be neglecting customers."

"It's really a mixed bag here. Sometimes you might have a great server, but the food can be disappointing with missing items. Other times, you’ll receive your entire order hot and fresh, but the customer service is lacking. Many of the staff seem to view customers as an annoyance, and they often appear frazzled and chaotic, which doesn't help anything. It's quite rare to have everything in order. As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I understand the challenges involved, but come on! Once again tonight, we had items missing! Why does this keep happening? It's so frustrating!"

"I was blown away. Management had very strong ethical mannerism that conducted a whole new experience for me i haven't seen nor felt in a very long time! Right away I gain their managers establishment as a whole respect back them and their establishment. I guess the best way to explain it is. I respect them and they earned mines. "We ordered two big macs and two mcchickens with onion. Ordering took about two minutes because somehow the order was too complicated. Then we tried to use a coupon code which prompted the employee to keep trying to add a soda to our order. Once our order was placed we had to pull over and wait for the order. When it came out the food was barely warm and there was mayonnaise on one of the mcchickens and not on the other and big mac had a middle bun on the bottom. I am fairly confident that the employee that took our order was under the influence. His response of “huh” to almost every statement and his blank stare are what makes me believe he was stoned."

"Had the worst customer service experience at this location. The one on Empire across from Airport is awesome.7:30 PM pulled up to 2 empty lanes so I choose lane 1, board was stuck on last order.Ask if board was broken, rudely told I need to be patient while it loaded, person pulls in Lane 2 and orders, Lane 1 still stuck on previous order! I asked if they could reset never worked at McDonalds before) she rudely advised me I need patience! She said well what do you want? Of course their numbers change so I wasn’t sure, I asked her what I should do? Thinking she would say just tell me or advice me to pull forward to the window.Instead I back out and go through lane 2 complete my order and pull to window and ask to speak to Manager about the rude behavior! The girl said I must pay first, I said not till I talk to Manager. She rudely said she’s on break, I said I’ll wait, she said it may be a few minutes. 30 seconds later a middle age women who began berating me for being rude!Keep it classy MickyD"

"If I could give zero stars I would because they definitely don't deserve any stars at all. First off, they don't speak or acknowledge your presence. They get your order wrong and then argue and catch an attitude. They gave me a kids drink for a regular meal. I didn't order any kids meals and then told me that was the only cups they had after already getting 2 big cups for the other meals I had. Worst service ever. It's really not even worth complaining because nothing is going to change with this company, let alone this location here."

"Honestly they just are one of the worst McDonald’s. They advertise the shamrock shake as if they even have them which never in the past 9 years I have lived around the corner from the place so I think they have ever had a shake. If you order a McFlurry they just crumble a small amount of the topping on top and don’t even mix it. Half the time the order is wrong. Tonight we placed an online order to assure food is correct and ready and when we get there they can’t even give it to us and then tell us they we have to request a refund through the app or go to our bank and they constantly run off of just cash and don’t accept card unless you push them to take a card of which they then begrudgingly take it. Just google any other McDonald’s or fast food place within under a 2 min drive to get actual adequate service."

"I wanted to get a smoothie for my friend... got the wrong taste.... I mentioned it did not see the correct color and asked if they were sure that it was the taste I ordered. I was sure it was the mango, whatever combo smoothie... I took it to her work and was informed that it was bananas... trying to take it back and be treated as if I were trying to pull a quick... I had my receipt and an unspoiled drink... just finished 2 more.... provided they looked like the same (banana) that I had before...again was guaranteed that it was mango...again, it wasn't....these drinks are not cheap...the quick pulled on whom here."

"The team that works in the morning on weekdays is great, but the crew that worked on Sunday, June 19th, around one o'clock in the afternoon was terrible. The young lady who gave me my food was rude and snatched sauces back from me that I didn't even ask for. The person who took my order didn't ask if I wanted sauce with my nuggets or what kind of sauce I wanted. They also added something to my order that I didn't ask for, even though there was no one in front of me. I mentioned to the young lady that the person who took my order may need more training. It would be nice if the weekend staff at this location were as friendly, efficient, and nice as the weekday morning staff."

"Avoid at all cost!!! Go to Jack in the box just north of here or In-N-Out across the street! Do not dine in here. They will completely ignore you. Employees won't even acknowledge you when they see you. Definitely not a staffing shortage problem, it's a lack of customer service. On one occasion I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before leaving to go across the street toIn-N-Out where they appreciate your business. On a separate visit my family and I ordered at the kiosk because nobody was at thecounter and I already knew we would be ignored anyway (7:45 AM Saturday breakfast time so we didn't have many options). When wewere leaving to go back to the sports complex we all needed to use the restrooms which are locked. We stood at the counter for 8minutes among several other frustrated customers. Finally I just went around the counter next to the register and flipped thebutton to let myself in the restroom. Pretty sad. 8 minutes in line when all I needed was someone to push a simple button. Do Ihave permission to be behind the counter next to the register? NO, but what choice did I have? On our way out I noticed everyonestill standing there being ignored. Who knows how long they stood there waiting. It was only after we left I noticed they builta Jack in the Box nearby. We are so happy to know that every Saturday morning between games we can go there instead!"

"They refuse to call out orders for Dashers when they're ready. How hard is it to just read out the number after it's bagged? Then they get irritated when you have to call over one of the workers to ask for it. Multiple times I've just been waiting in front of the counter minutes just to find out its been ready this whole time sitting on a rack, that's making their customers wait and end up with cold food and easily costing Dashers money by missing out on other deliveries while waiting. Only have this issue with this McDonald's, the other two are always on top of it."

"We decided to relieve the children's cabin fever and take them out for a bit of fun. We decided on The Main Event in Grand Prairie and had a wonderful time. From the man who greeted us at the door to the woman at the register to the rest of their staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They did a great job of wiping everything down and made us feel that safety was their number one concern. So, if you're in the mood for some fun and games stop on by The Main Event in Grand Prairie.
