"We arrived at the restaurant on Friday, June 10th at 5:40 pm to let our small child play in the playroom for the first time. The sign on the door stated that the playground is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm, which we checked before placing our order. However, after ordering, we noticed that the trash container was blocking the way. Each employee we asked said they were unsure and eventually suggested it may be closed. Frustrated, we asked for a refund as we did not want to eat at McDonald's without the playground being available. The manager or supervisor was rude and unprofessional, becoming angry when we requested a refund. We will definitely not be returning. We were the only customers in the building who had chosen to dine in. We simply wanted to make our child's first McDonald's trip special. McDonald's needs to improve, as nothing was done about the playground except having lazy employees who were unwilling to address the issue. They should all be let go if they cannot handle the responsibilities of running the playroom. Make sure the sign on the door clearly states whether the playground is open or closed. We would not have entered the restaurant if we had known it was not available."

"My mom ordered my sister and I food on the app, she was in carthage with my brothers. She gives me the code to give to the “general manager” and said she doesn’t have it and is very rude to us and says there’s nothing she can do when we literally had two forms of receipts but they’re completely stupid at this place. They tell us they can’t give us any food when we showed them the recipe and it came out of her banking account and me and my sister ended up going in and ordering food because we only have an hour lunch and we were there well over 30 minutes. Our mother had to end up calling her before she came over and gave us food AFTER we already ordered again. Basically accusing us of trying to get free food when we showed receipts of what we paid for but I guess they hire anyone that has a leg and a arm. Quite ridiculous and on top of that none of them wear hair nets and they were touching the food which is disgusting and unsanitary on so many levels."

"This restaurant has everything you need - hot, fresh, and quick service. Although it may just be McDonalds, there's nowhere else you can get those delicious fries and a double quarter pounder with cheese that tastes like it came straight from Mickey Dees. I forgot to order a coffee so at window #2 I ask this young man if I could order it here he says I 'm sorry I don 't have a register you will have to go back thruthe drive thru line or come inside . "I ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce and onions. Unfortunately, there was so much sauce that the middle and bottom bun became completely soaked, making it fall apart and quite unappetizing. "Used to visit this location in my overnight shift lunch break several days a week. I don't know what happened over the last couple months, but the service is gone. Half the time they just ignore the call box. Even with no one in line. The other half ofthe time they close the drive through all together, blocking it with kitchen equipment. Meanwhile they are still listed as openand accepting orders and a crew is still inside, ignoring honking cars at the drive trhu window, trying to look like they justdon't notice.
