"I ordered a French vanilla latte for free, but they were out of stock. They offered to cancel my order and refund me, but I have yet to receive anything. I tried calling the number they provided, but received no response. This lack of follow-through is disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service. Drive-Thru is horrible, breakfast lunch or dinner. Expect to sit in line for at least 10 minutes, then asked to go curbside to wait another 10 minutes so they can stop the clock.

I waited 15 minutes for a frappe without extra chocolate. I paid extra for it but didn't receive it. The manager assisted me, but when she finally attended to other customers, she placed it on the counter and walked away. There were 10 employees and only 2 customers. The service was disappointing. Are these kiosks even necessary? This place does not deserve even one star. View menu

Great place to socialize and make new friends. I met Reed at this McDonald’s and he was just out for a casual walk before deciding to stop in to grab a bite and see where the golden arches took him. We sat for hours talking about life and how the tasteful fries have influenced our lives. He then went into the bathroom and I never saw him again. Hope he’s okay. Until I see you and your feet again Mr. Reed. McDonalds, I will be back.

This place is a complete joke when my wife worked there I could see how incompetent the management and owner is manager John thinks it's funny to insault the female employees the staff are allowed to act and talk to customers and bosses any way they want there is no accountability period the food is always wrong or completely gross DO NOT EAT AT THIS MCDONALD'S MCDONALD'S PLEASE SUPPORT A RESTAURANT THAT ACTUALLY PUTS THERE CUSTOMERS FOR even the owner SUE is just as bad

GREAT EMPLOYEES, AWFUL MANAGEMENT.Every interaction I’ve had with employees have been pleasant, but the management sucks. They are always understaffed, wait times are ridiculous, and when they mess up or food is missing, the managers get angry at you for asking them to fix it. Once I had a manager refuse to give me the milks that were suppose to come with my 4 happy meals that I had ordered minutes before and realized I was missing while distributing food in the parking lot. mcdon worstald is in the order to lock, but app says that lock is closed until a certain time. Really? the lobby was closed. through the huge line in the pass, gave my order number, and asked if I can park in the lock to get my food. They said yes, but 15 minutes later. no eating. with this place almost for 30 minutes to get two muffins and drinks to the breakfast. this place is totally fucking. rude and slow. this was a good place to get the breakfast on the board, but they can't get it together.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese combo meal, but instead received a squished double cheeseburger without a drink. It's one thing when it's a small mistake, but this restaurant took it to another level by trying to pass off a smaller burger with two small patties as a double quarter pounder. The audacity. Not to mention the cost difference between the two burgers and the fact that my drink was missing. At this point, it feels like they are actually taking money from my pocket because of their laziness.
