"Used to visit this location in my overnight shift lunch break several days a week. I don't know what happened over the last couple months, but the service is gone. Half the time they just ignore the call box. Even with no one in line. The other half ofthe time they close the drive through all together, blocking it with kitchen equipment. Meanwhile they are still listed as openand accepting orders and a crew is still inside, ignoring honking cars at the drive trhu window, trying to look like they justdon't notice. It's some of the worst service I've ever had. I won't be returning to this location ever again. Pretty sure thenight crew is just fleecing this store."

I always enjoy this McDonald's. It's in the middle of Gresham, so typically during meal times the drive thru lines can be long. Yet regardless of if your dining in, or driving thru this McDonald's has enough staff. They stay chill, keep your ordercorrect and are always friendly.

Every time I request extra pickles on my McDonald's order, they don’t add any extra, and this time, they didn't include any at all. My burger was falling apart and had a special order sticker on it. It's so frustrating! I wish I could share a picture of the mess between the buns! View menu

Had to go back for missing food, manager had her head up in the clouds, and can't fix food right. Health codes need to be looked at. Trash every where you look outside, and to top it off I watch a drug deal wall waiting for my food the first time. Hopefullythis place will clean it's act up or close for good.

This is my neighborhood McDonalds so we order from here often, they are ALWAYS either giving drivers the wrong order or bagging the order incorrectly, forgetting to put something in the bag, and or completely messing the whole order up. I wish you could pick different locations to order from because I am so tired of dealing with this with them!

This restaurant continues to disappoint. Rarely are the fries warm and crispy, more or less hot. The people making the sandwiches might not be literate, as it seems near impossible to dress a sandwich without ketchup and pickles, as printed onsandwich tag. I try to avoid this store, but it is close to work and I do like my McDonald's app. I ran a store in downtown StLouis and a shocked at this location. Sad thing is it's been like this for years. I had a fantastic time at this restaurant! It's a great play area with a wonderful community vibe. There were plenty of kids having fun on a lively Sunday! The staff brought our food to our table, which was nice. The soft drink machine was down, but they took my old cup and got me a new one, which felt a bit wasteful, but at least I got my refill. I’d rate it 2 out of 3 stars because, well, it's McDonald's, but the atmosphere was definitely a highlight. Plus, we received a really cool Mario Kart toy!

Me and my partner went here last night to grab a late night snack. Went through the drive thru and had to repeat the order 3 times because the guy kept putting in the wrong items. When we get to the window, the man doesn't say a word to me and justtakes my card. After paying and receiving the food we realize that he still didn't get the order right. My partner was missingfries in the meal and I asked for no onions or pickles on my sandwich but wanted the condiments. Apparently that means onlycheese. We also didn't get any straws which we were told were in the bag. Very disappointed with how the man treated us. Reallydisrespectful.
