"I just have to personally say, that besides the fact that the food was great; the customer service has taught me something about the proper way to conduct myself as a man. The manager of the restaurant, Frank is THE Gentleman of all Gentlemen. There was a problem through a delivery service, and the way this man handled the issue with such professionalism and class just amazed me. The delivery service botched our order by 2 HOURS; the manager Frank calmed my wife down (she was completely livid), dealt with the delivery service in a manner of which I'll never forget (because of the calm and friendly way he approached the situation), and he was a class act the entire time. The food was fresh out of the oven hot, he helped get our money back for the delivery that never came, and he definitely taught me a valuable lesson on how to deal with other people under pressure personally. I recommend picking your food up, but this is a great place all around in my opinion. The world needs more great personalities like Frank and his staff, amazing people!!"
