"I really love Frank's, but I have to say that the chicken parm, whether in a sandwich or served with pasta, is not good at all. I really dislike that it's chopped up; it lacks enough sauce and ends up being incredibly dry. I can't believe I gave it another chance! On a positive note, the hot honey white pizza is amazing, and we absolutely love the wings. The green salad is perfectly done. However, the chicken parm is a definite no for me! Please, Frank's, make some changes!"

The gluten-free pizza here is absolutely delicious! This place truly lives up to New York's reputation. The service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable, especially with their lunch specials. Definitely a must-visit!

"They recently relocated across the street, and I really love the outdoor seating area. The interior is also much more beautiful now. The pizza is fantastic! However, parking is quite a hassle. Very good pizza with a great crunchy and delicious crust. I had a stuffed pizza and yeah, indeed it was really stuffed! The only thing, that was a bit of problem, was... the size of this pizza! I ordered the small one, but yeah... it was supposed to be small, but it was not. Look at the pictures. It was huge! And I was not able to eat it full, even though I was pretty hungry that day. But in general it's a nice spot for a lunch. Really recommend it.

Frank's is located in downtown Salem, and definitely a pie that would make El Presidente proud. Everybody knows the rules, but you'll definitely want more than one bite. I've only had the pizza, so I can't speak for other menu items, but the pepperoni pizza is a delicious classic choice. They have great daily specials, friendly staff, and the downtown location is comfortable and quaint. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting a quality pizza in the NRV.
