"Service was immaculate, had to ask for salt and pepper and some beside butter knife to cut meat. Good appetizers, but main courses ranged from almost unusable to good, but lukewarm to very good. Attractive space and so the tables are not packed. Price. No alcohol license, BYOB and they” will provide gracious glasses with no charge and open the wine."

"I really love Frank's, but I have to say that the chicken parm, whether in a sandwich or served with pasta, is not good at all. I really dislike that it's chopped up; it lacks enough sauce and ends up being incredibly dry. I can't believe I gave it another chance! On a positive note, the hot honey white pizza is amazing, and we absolutely love the wings. The green salad is perfectly done. However, the chicken parm is a definite no for me! Please, Frank's, make some changes!"

"I don’t regularly write reviews but this place commends it. When it came to Middle Eastern food my favorite restaurant was Al bawadi in Niles but this place puts every other restaurant to shame. I came with my foodie friends, one of whom is from Kuwait, and we were all blown away. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. The staff and chef are so kind and attentive, this is my new favorite restaurant!"

"The pizza was amazing. The stuff was friendly but not very professional. They seemed to want to do well but not sure what they were supposed to do and when. Chairs are old and supper shaky (broken?.. and the tables could have been a bit cleaner. Also, it’s cold there. I might go back for that pizza, but the place needs some new chairs and better cleaners. Also, when you say “may I have this to go” if would be nice if they took your plate and boxed the food for you, rather than brought out the boxes for you to fiddle with them. This lack of courtesy kind of gives it a fast-food vibe. The prices are far from fast food, though."
