"The food is always fresh and delicious. Everything is delicious and fresh..Don’t believe anyone that says the food was not right because they are lying. Those people is just picky. I have been getting their food for over 15 years and I know it’s longer than and have no complaints. They have a pizza that is soo huge and all their sizes you get big slices of pizza. They only take cash but its ok. The club sandwich is huge with enough bacon(everything is soo fresh). This place is definitely 10 stars five is too low for them. The people are soo nice always believe me. I will always come here. I had to do a review because I saw a bad one."

"I've been ordering from Sam's for a few years. It used to be my go to for the grilled chocked salad., potato wedges and the pizza. Over the past year or so, it changed. I ordered chicken and boneless chicken and it was so hard I couldn't eat it. The wedges tasted undone. My son stopped wanting pizza because it tastes horrible once it got cold. Now they have multiple other restaurants inside of it and it's just too much. Even the grilled chicken tastes different. The chicken isn't seasoned the same and off. I stopped ordering beneath it was too much of a gamble what you're going to get."

"I ordered online from here last week and never received my food. The order status was perpetually stuck on being made, even after the restaurant closed. I tried calling a couple times, but it always went to voicemail and I never got a call back. I assumed they were extra busy due to the crowds from PAX East, but still expected to be contacted and refunded if my order could not be completed. I tried emailing them the next day and never heard back from that either, but I was still charged for the food I didn't receive. Very disappointing."

"I ordered a gold fever wrap. I received a chicken caesar wrap.I called the establishment and told them the issue and all they did was argue with me and refuse to give me a refund. I then asked if they would send out another. They ended up sending me outANOTHER chicken Caesar wrap. Here is the proof. I could not eat the food because Cesar makes me sick and it was bad enough thatI already took a bite and they would not give me a refund. You should never order from this company. They were extremely rude tome and wanted me to bring the wrap by tomorrow and pick it out of the trash so I could get my money back."

"I ordered online. First problem was menu I got in the mail today said minimum order was $10. Not the case. It 's $15 and wouldn 't be honored. 2nd issue was the delivery driver called to let me know they arrived because my door isn 't easy to find, I answered and was told open the door . Whatever. Got my food came in and hungry as I was still haven 't even touched it. Lost my appetite when I saw onions and some type of pepper on it. Which wasn 't in the description because I would have said NO to both since both seriously upset my stomach. No extra cheese as I asked for. I spent 20 minutes picking onions and peppers out, cutting up the tomatoes and cucumbers. To which it didn 't help because everything now has this slight taste and smell of both. So they extra money I HAD to pay to get a salad I was starving for is as wasted as the salad sitting on my counter. The extra I was forced to order was a piece of choc. Mousse cake with freezer burn all over it. Never again. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I should have listened to my friend and never even ordered! Lesson learned. Beware! "First time ever here.. always like trying pizza slices in the area. I went with the regular cheese and then I did an upside down slice. The cheese slice was good. Sauce is on the sweet side-which I’m all about- and really good slice crunch on the bottom. The star was the upside down slice. I originally thought it was a tomato pie slice but it was like a tomato slice and a grandma slice combined. Sauce seemed the same but just hit different. So flavorful. "I recently moved to the city and opted for a pizza delivery. Unfortunately, I waited an hour and a half for it to arrive. While the pizza was decent, it wasn't very warm when it got here. Is it really necessary for it to take an hour to make a pizza and another 30 minutes for delivery? Moreover, the delivery person didn't knock to let me know my order had arrived. On a positive note, I did receive a credit for the delivery fee along with a discount, and the delivery person was quite apologetic. I appreciate their response and will take that into consideration."

I tried the Chicken Tuscan, which was excellent; my only critique is that the chicken could have been a bit more tender, but the flavor and white wine sauce were delightful. Although the cocktail selection is somewhat limited, they do have a bar with beer and wine. The portions are generous and the food is fresh, deserving a solid 5-star rating in that department. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly. I would give the atmosphere a solid 4 stars, but considering the reasonable prices compared to other restaurants in the area, it’s a fair trade-off. There’s plenty of parking available in the back, and the location is conveniently close to the Ridgefield Playhouse. One last point... as a gelato enthusiast, I can confirm that their berry gelato was outstanding."

"In my opinion, this is the best pizza in Massachusetts. During my time at UMass Lowell, I wish I had eaten here more frequently. Now that I live near Worcester and work in Boston, I still make it a priority to visit Lowell occasionally just to enjoy the linguica pizza. There's no other place that can satisfy my craving for Santoro's; they truly stand out in their class! The taste is just as I remember it! It's definitely worth the drive. "I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The customer service was poor; they didn’t follow instructions and didn’t check the orders properly. There are no refunds, no apologies, and no efforts to make up for any mistakes. I visited three times, and each experience was worse than the last. The first time, my cheese was missing; the second time, my fries were mixed with two different cheeses; and on my third visit, while I finally received the correct fries, there was still no soda and no refund offered. "Delivery driver Rick was one of the nicest most outgoing that I have had the pleasure of interacting with. He went out of his way to call me regarding a substitution of something very minor on my order which he didnt have to do. On the flipside I had called back about a question and spoke to a guy who sounded like he was 100 years old and wouldn't let me get in a word edge wise about my question. He was yelling at the cooks asking if my food left yet and telling me there are no substitutions when it was not even about ANY OF THAT. This guys saving grace was that I was in town for a family emergency which was priority or I would've kindly driven over to the restaurant to hash out any miscommunication. If you don't like job QUIT.. This place is a fantastic restaurant run by good people so this guy was an embarrassment ..regardless I'll continue to do business with Theo and the guys ..food as always was GREAT"

"The food at Alba's is always amazing! The daughter with the lovely smile will tell you she's a bit spoiled, but the meals are consistently fresh. However, I'm frustrated that my condiments keep getting forgotten. I ordered a salad and paid extra for dressing, but when I opened the bag, there was no dressing at all. Another time, I ordered a different salad and once again, there was no dressing included. Come on, you all need to pay better attention!"
