"The worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. We drove up to the drive-thru as the interior was locked. After waiting 5 minutes were “greeted” by a rude male employee. When we tried to place our order, he told us that the items requested were unavailable. So then we asked for other items, he then proceeded to say that those were also unavailable, then after offering something entirely different, we agreed, for him just to come back to say that the items originally requested were indeed available. Then when ordering additional items, we were then told that those were also unavailable. At this point we were frustrated, so we asked what on their menu was available. After finally placing our order, we drove up to the window. We were then greeted by a female employee, who was also impolite, and instructed us to move to the dumpster area to pick up our food, even though there was no line, and there was nobody in front or behind us. we waited by the dumpster for quite some time, when finally out of the back comes two of the male employees, giggling and laughing. They hand us the bag, and the food looks as though it had been tampered with. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes looks like they had been dropped on the floor, and the entrees were tiny pieces of fried breading—no chicken. We asked the two employees where our drink was— to which the employee replied “you didn’t get it?”, and then leisurely walked back inside. When one of the employees returned, we were handed a cup with no ice and what appeared to be flat dirty mop water, not soda. He chuckled as he gave it to us. This time, it was apparent that they had tampered with the beverage. We immediately threw away all of the “food and beverage”, and drove to the Burger King next door for a much better service and experience. All of the employees at this KFC/Taco Bell location were rude, immature, and unprofessional. Not to mention, the quality of the food was terrifying. As somebody that works in food and beverage, I would highly advise everyone to stay away from this location."
