The service is terrible and the food was not fresh. The chicken was so dry I couldn't even eat it. I'll never go back there again

I visited this restaurant twice, and both times I was disappointed. The service was poor, the food lacked flavor, and they got my order wrong.

Mr. managing partner Malik Riaz please update the advertised menu prices as they are outdated, and the cash registers are charging a lot more than the board. This is deceptive trade practices. View menu

Horrible place if you still go here I recommend to stop. They change the oil whenever they feel like it or inspection is about to go on.they should switch management because they are horrible especially Malik and Rebecca.

I worked at this place and let me tell y’all is horrible managers don’t care about employees they only care about the money they make.Also they reuse the dirty oil for original chicken they barely keep it clean and the mgr Malik is useless just goes to sit down.The chicken is not thrown away after the the times they supposed to they just change the labels.

We placed an order with no one in front of us, but we had to wait 25 minutes. When we inquired about the delay, we were told they were frying the meat. Eventually, the food was thrown at us through the car window by a girl. When we got home, we found that everything was cold and stiff - the meat was cold, the potatoes were chewy, and they forgot to include the sauces. I ordered a 4-piece meal from DoorDash. Unfortunately, they do not allow for special instructions and there is no way to choose which pieces you want. The description said the meal comes with a drumstick, breast, wing, and thigh. I specifically wanted drumsticks, but settled for this order since it was guaranteed to have at least one drumstick. However, when my order arrived, it had 2 breasts and 2 thighs instead. The restaurant should either give customers the option to choose their pieces or accurately stick to the description provided. Overall, my experience was horrible.

The easiest thing to do in life is to pay attention. I just took my lunch break to pick up some food and placed an order through the drive-thru. I asked for two #17 meals, which are those famous bowls with a drink. One was for my little girl, so I specifically requested it without cheese, as she’s lactose intolerant, and I asked for extra corn. I ordered mine to be regular. Since I’ve been visiting this location for over eight years and have always received great food and service, I didn’t feel the need to double-check my order. However, when I arrived at work, I realized I didn’t have time to go back to correct the order. Unfortunately, I ended up with both bowls containing cheese.

I am unsure of who the owner of this establishment is, but someone needs to pay attention to these reviews and take action. I recently picked up my order and it was exactly as others have described - the chicken was overcooked and very small for the price of $27. Additionally, when I arrived at 8:02pm, even though the restaurant was not closing until 10:30pm, the manager or whoever was in charge locked the doors and refused to let anyone else inside due to it being busy. The service was terrible and unprofessional. It is clear that something needs to be done about the quality of food and service at this restaurant.
