"I went to Arby's today because I saw on TV that they had fish sandwiches now. The fish sandwiches at McDonalds have gotten so bad I decided to try some other fast food restaurant and see if there's was better.Well, the fish sandwich at Arby's was of better quality and did fill me up, but it was absolutely tasteless. The only thing that tasted good was the lettuce. The tartar sauce only tasted like bland mayo and the fish did not taste like fish ur anything really. I was disappointed. Guess I'll try another restaurant until I find one that has a good fish sandwich.The curly fries seemed old and hard and cold. The coke was good though. The employees were nice and quick . I went through the drive through.I love the chicken salad sandwich at Arby's. Wish they had it all the time. It's really the only sandwich on their menu I like. :"

"The restaurant was quite busy during our visit, but we had a short wait for our food, which arrived hot and fresh. Our order was accurate, and the beef cheddar combo was as delicious as ever. This time, we also tried the Mac 'n Cheese balls; they were good, but not my favorite. Our server was polite and attentive, promptly welcoming us and taking our order. They were also very responsive to our ringing the bell, thanking us multiple times."

"We ordered online and came through the drive-thru to pick it up. We were told to pull into one of the adjacent parking spots and that our food would be brought out shortly.25 minutes later I went in to ask (politely) when the food would be ready. I was informed that our food had been ready and that they don't bring online orders out to people.Please don't tell customers that you will bring their food out and then not follow through. Now that our food has been sitting for 25+ mins, some of it is obviously soggy. We are very disappointed in the service we have received tonight."

"We were literally the only car in line and got pulled down to wait on our food. After waiting and finally receiving the food we realized they shorted us a slider. So we park and walk in and she tells me that oh, they made the mistake and only rang up oneslider so if I want my other one I have to walk back out to my car, get my wallet and then come back in after waiting on thefood in the first place. The lady said she was the manager and just kind of found it amusing that they messed up our order, Ican?t believe after all that waiting they still made us walk back to the car and the manager was just unpleasant and did notcare at all. This is literally what customer service has came down to now-days and it?s sad. We will never spend another dollarwith Arby?s."

"Terrible experience. My sandwich was ordered at the same time as my boyfriends sandwich fries on the same order. His order was ready and was sitting waiting for my sandwich. "My family from out of town and I met up at Charlotte Hall, MD Arby 's as a middle meeting point to sit down and exchange our Christmas gifts. The staff was so attentive, genuine and kind that it actually kind of blew our minds. We all said to each other that we felt like we were in some kind of twilight zone. It goes to show you how rare it is these days to enjoy a pleasant experience in a public place. This experience however was above and beyond anything we could have asked for from a dine in fast food restaurant. The manager on duty brought us cookies and ice creams for the kids things we had never even ordered. My little nephew (of course not knowing any better) confidently requested a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich while we were all placing our orders at the register. The staff behind the counter thought this was the cutest thing. This led to the manager letting us know that he is writing a letter to the owner to be sure a Peanut Butter and Jelly is on the menu for our next visit. My nephew wore the biggest smile after this was told to him. This was a tremendous evening with my family and we were and still are incredibly thankful for the 5 star exceptional service that was provided to us.Lastly, the food! Arby 's food never disappoints. Always fresh and appetizing."

"Well. We stopped Monday. Went through the drive through. There was a sign advertising the orange cream shake. And the shamrock one. But apparently they don't have the orange cream one, yet still have the shamrock one. St Patrick's day is over. That's false advertising. Anyway, we ordered the 9 piece nuggets with curly fries, and honey mustard, and white cheddar mac and cheese. And a chocolate milkshake and a vanilla milkshake. Got our food and as we started to pull away from the drive thru we discovered we got mozzarella sticks instead of curly fries. Pulled back around and got the curly fries, but they didn't seem too thrilled to fix it"
