"Omg if you're in a hurry don't come here in Roxboro Arby's. The service is extremely slow don't know what was wrong with the staff but totally disregard the wait time. Expedited from drive through to counter is very poor. I know I waited 15 minutes formy order and the dining room was dirty ????. The front cashier needs training and so do management because I had to ask for myfood after being watched by them, no one didn't ask me what was my order. Very poor service ????"

We just made a quick stop in the drivethru. The line was about 4 cars but went quickly. The fries were cold but the turkey sandwich was excellent.

Absolute top tier service especially from a young manager I believe named Samantha. She was so kind to me and my spouse and even hand delivered my fries to me. Excellent restaurant would recommend 10/10.

This Arby 's don 't have the meats Stopped at lunch today to get the fish and fries. Fish wasn 't on the menu so I asked about them and was told we are out of fish. I then went ahead and ordered crinkle cut fries. They weren 't very busy so the fries werecold. They also tasted as if the grease was about 2 months old. I won 't be back...sorry

The restaurant was quite busy during our visit, but we had a short wait for our food, which arrived hot and fresh. Our order was accurate, and the beef cheddar combo was as delicious as ever. This time, we also tried the Mac 'n Cheese balls; they were good, but not my favorite. Our server was polite and attentive, promptly welcoming us and taking our order. They were also very responsive to our ringing the bell, thanking us multiple times.
