"Came here to do a GrubHub delivery. I arrive and a not-so-nice man tells me they are no longer doing grubhub and he doesn 't know why they keep sending people and then turns his back to me. I get the message and leave, to figure out what to do next (I 've never had a restaurant unable to fulfill an order before) and get instructed to place the order manually and pay with the grubhub card. So I attempt that as well and turns out the card won 't work and the same man, again quite not-nice says he can 't help me and I need to figure it out. Now, don 't get me wrong. Yes I do and this situation sucks. But does he have to be so rude?? Here I am in a new situation and trying to figure it out but a rude manager not giving me two seconds to figure out anything before just turning his back to me and walking off doesn 't seem very nice. I understand customer service industry sucks to work for. But you also kinda have to not be an ****.."

"This restaurant only offers to-go orders, so dining in isn’t an option. There was only one person ahead of me when I placed my order, yet it took 25 minutes to receive my sandwich. The staff was rude, and the manager refused to come over to address my complaint. When I finally got my food, it was cold. I ended up tossing it in the trash on my way out because I couldn’t wait another 25 minutes. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I recommend heading to the Burger King just a couple of minutes down the road; their service is much better."

"5/3/2022 this morning I rated this place 3 stars because I asked for creams and 4 packs of equal to be placed in the coffee cup. The server provided a bag of white sugar and 6 half&half cream. I canceled my coffee order and asked for my money back. I explained that the order taker never said the machine is broken to put my cream and equal inside my coffee because if she would have mentioned it than I would have never order coffee . This is the only reason why I purchase McDonald's coffee because its a cheaper version of Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. I apologize for the misunderstanding and got my money back."

"First off, very beautiful restaurant and nice dining area. Thats about all that is good. And the food is alright when they get your order right. However, do not bother ordering at the counter, plan on not using cash, as this happened:Four employees working behind the counter ignored me for about 10 mins and the lady who took my order was rude. I believe this lady was what other reviewers named “Miss Personality ?”. Even walked away as I got my money ready. Sat there for 5 minutes longer for her to take my cash. All for one bagel. I worked at McDonalds before and I never did this to a customer. Pathetic. Quit your job like I did if you hate it that much. No personality no smile no hello no soulful interaction, if anything she was just annoyed I was there. Typical McDonalds employee. And I sympathize, because I know how draining it can be. Seriously work somewhere else then if being face-to-face with customers bother you that much. Or, Miss Personality, get out of food service because it’s too annoying for you like it was for me."

"This restaurant really needs to improve. I ordered a plain hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and mayo through the app today (2/7/24) during lunch. Instead, I received a burger that included lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles, and onion. I showed the manager, who tried to correct the order, but on the second attempt, I still ended up with a burger that had lettuce, tomato, mayo, and pickles. It’s essential to get orders right. On a positive note, the service was quick, the place looked clean, and the playground is nice. However, accuracy is crucial."

"We came here from Kansas City on a day trip, stopped by here. Not sure where you guys get your food but man, so much better here than any one I've been to at home. "Ordered a Mcdouble which is nearly $4.50 now and halfway through it realized it didn't have any pickles. Called the store, spoke with manager and she said to being the sandwich back and I would get another one, so I did and they gave me a new one free of charge. I went to eat that and the bun was ice cold. So I immediately took it back, they took than sandwich and gave me a new one. This one had fresh warm buns and I had 1 pickle and literally about 4 tiny diced little onions...what a joke. I didn't think an insanely overpriced simple burger was that difficult to make..."

"Let's start with the fact that the inside is open, but you can't get ketchup or napkins without having to ask for them. There are no refills available. I placed an order over $50 for Dine-In, but it was incorrect even after I repeated my order. Despite having plenty of employees on duty, there was no help or assistance available. My little one enjoys the playground, but unfortunately, we will NEVER return to this location again! Also, we're still waiting for the coupons from our last visit when they got our order wrong and promised to send them in the mail. Months have passed, and we're still waiting... "This is the WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!!! My daughter and I ordered a hot fudge sundae plain hamburger with ketchup ONLY a Big Mac with extra pickles and a small fry? ok so they gave us a plain ice cream no hot fudge (really they wanted me to pay for the hotfudge) not my mistake, our hamburger was literally plain 0 ketchup, Big Mac had 1 pickle on it. "My friend Jennifer and I have been traveling across the U.S., and we plan to spend about a year in Austin. The Wal-Mart where this McDonald's is located allows travelers to sleep in their parking lot, which is really convenient! So every other morning, we wake up in our cozy little Chevy Malibu (we call it MalibuBarbie), grab some coffee, Kevita, and a bite from McDonald's. I think the staff is starting to recognize me as a regular, as they gave me a complimentary hash brown with my meal. I wanted to express my gratitude for that here, since I tend to be a bit quiet in person, haha. My breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and tasty, and hash browns make the perfect addition!
