"When we mentioned we had three mobile orders, she curtly told us they could only take two. We were confused but went along with it. She didn’t ask for our order numbers initially, so we inquired if she needed them, to which she responded, “well obviously,” with a noticeable attitude. She then asked for all three order numbers but only actually processed the first and last ones.
At the first window, one person in our party was charged $2.14 and told his payment was cancelled. This was puzzling since we had paid online. Instead of offering assistance, she showed us a picture of her phone screen that simply said “pay here.” But she didn’t clarify which of the order numbers she meant. Eventually, she called over a colleague to complain loudly about how we were trying to place our three mobile orders, which was irrelevant at that point.
After some time, she returned, asking, “Did you finally figure out how to pay?” again with an attitude. When we asked whose name the order was under, she responded in an exasperated tone, “I already showed you the picture,” and then displayed another photo on her phone that she hadn’t shown us before.
When one person tried to pay with a $5 bill, her response was a disapproving “mm-mm” followed by, “it’s $5.14,” which it wasn’t. When we tried to explain that we had used a deal online and our total was actually $2.14 (which she had mentioned only a minute before), she begrudgingly “changed it in the system” while saying, “lord have mercy,” before finally handing us the receipt.
After receiving our two orders, I decided to cancel mine rather than endure any further interaction with her."
