"I don’t even want to give them a star. But I do want to leave a complaint. They were being really rude during my order. Claiming they could hear me, understand me. Then they didn’t even give me the free promotions I was supposed to get. On top of that, they had this attitude as if I’m the one being the trouble maker. They rolled their eyes, scoffed at me and gave me a attitude that was disrespectful. I want to pretend they were having a bad day but they just kept on being mean. Makes me think they were being racist, which I really hope is not true. And the cherry on top? They didn’t give me a straw after all that and still charged me extra for the “free promotions”. That’s when I decided, ok I’m leaving a complaint."

Nice play area. Lobby is claustrophobic. No access to fountain drinks so make sure you specify how much ice you want.

With only one register in store now you wait forever just to get a drink, it's awful. I went inside because drive thru line was so long. I'll never do that again. Now if line is long thru drive thru I drive away.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant, especially thanks to a gentleman who is incredibly helpful and friendly whenever he brings lunch to my friend and me. I really enjoy coming here. Happy birthday, Grimace! View menu

I took my grandson there to eat lunch and play in the play area. While ordering our food we were informed that the play area was closing in 15 minutes even thoughbit stated it was open until 700. This was 215 in the afternoon.

Would not allow my specialty order. If I'm willing to pay more there shouldn't be a problem. I have seen it done at other locations and this location wouldn't allow it! Plus the mcchicken tasted like it was old and sat for a while. Big thumbs down!!!

I live nearby and frequent this place, but that's going to change because my orders have consistently been wrong. Every morning, I order breakfast and it has become frustrating. Additionally, the presence of older women who cough without gloves and masks is really off-putting. It's just not a pleasant experience overall. I’ve decided to start going to a different McDonald’s from now on. View menu

It would be great if they offered more pie varieties besides just apple. Lately, they seem to be hiring young, inexperienced staff who work every other shift, and it's causing issues. I've had arguments at the drive-thru window, and I've seen them making jokes with each other while interacting with customers, which is unprofessional. Management really needs to pay more attention to this. During my most recent visit on May 28th, I was once again disappointed because my order was incomplete. This has happened multiple times now, and it's getting worse. I sincerely hope they address these problems soon.

Very slow service has definitely gone down hill chick filets long lines are faster than this McDonald’s short lines… came back a few months later since it’s so close and convenient to home and the same thing stands. Horrible service drive through and front counter. No one is paying attention to u taking your order all they care about is sitting around talking. And then in the morning the two lady’s at the second window are SO RUDE!! As I’m ordering I can hear them Sighing and being impatient while taking my order. This is my LAST VISIT to this McDonald’s! Im from Oak Creek and this place was not always like this! 0 out of 5-10 stars… actually a negative 100.

"We were immediately seated but it did take a bit for the server to order our drinks. We did order our food with the drinks and was served fairly timely. The food was ok, the chicken quesadilla was just cheese and chicken..however we were asked when ordering if my partner wanted just chicken quesadilla which we thought it was just the item instead of being just cheese and chicken. "I'm giving a one cause you are a Christian place putting ppl out in this cold to take orders. I think it's awful when it is freezing cold out there to do this to any human being. Service can be a normal drive through till the freezing cold weather passes. Treat humans as a human being an stop putting ppl out in this freezing cold to take ppls orders an use your drive through till the cold freeze passes. Your ppl were very thoughtful an I said this is ridiculous as the person said we do change around. Stop this now. Skin freezes fast you do know what frostbite is right? "I ordered lunch from this joint today. When the food was delivered, it was fresh and tasted so much better than other Indian joints where I had food. It was real. Later in the evening I decided to go to the restaurant and taste more new dishes for dinner and it was such a pleasant experience. We ate not only there, but also have more food packed to go. Not only the food was great, but also the service was excellent. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner I can say is a warm and friendly lady. I will definitely come back for more."

"The service was alright. Not bad, not good. The food was horrible, though. I've never had a bad crepe in my life until I went here. Part of it tasted like it was cooked next to my husband's eggs(which is okay, but that's how strong the scrambled egg flavor was), the strawberries were frozen and thawed then cooked so they were those gross pale mushy kind. The crepe itself had an odd flavor. You have to pay extra for those gross strawberries and whipped cream. There was hair all over the floor. Somebody else's comment said it was a hot pink george webbs. That's exactly what it looks like in there. I'm pretty sure it was a George Webbs. This place was so bad I made a private list of places not to go on google maps just so I never go here again.Kid-friendliness: They have a paper kids' menu and crayons to color. No booster or high chairs were mentioned."

"Macs is a great mac and cheese place only in Wisconsin. We have eaten at multiple locations across Wisconsin and they are all great. Our favorite two orders are jalapeños and BBQ chicken. The jalapeños is not too spicy and adds just the right flavor to make the food really delicious. BBQ chicken is all about the barbecue sauce. The chicken pieces are small and soft. If you do not like mixing anything with your Mac and cheese then get the plain Mac and cheese which is also amazing. You can order your food in 2 sized, regular and big Mac. Normally a regular is just enough to fill you. Overall a great food place to eat."
